Good service, good hard working people, food is always delicious! They actually CLOSE at 8pm excatly and not 7:30 like other... restaurants where you call in at 7 30 and they reject your service because the kitchen is closed at 730. WHY NOT JUST CLOSE AT730 THEN?! I had ordered through Postmates and the person that picked up my order apparently got lost and never brought my food. After... reporting to Postmates and calling El Pollo Norteño they immediately put in a new order and delivered it very promptly. I wasvery pleased that they rectified the matter and we were able to enjoy their amazing chicken for dinner. I love the customer service here! She asked for a review but did not ask for five star. Any chef who wants to improve their... food and service is likely a good chef. Ordered 3 tacos and chips and guacamole. My salsa were super fresh, I can see it,smell it and taste the freshness. My flan cake was great, nice texture and sweetness maybe too sweet for me. I would like somegood coffee in it :) . I think this place is great for the local and visitors. High value for lower prices. Read more

The chicken here is really good along with many of the other dishes. They give you good size portions along with plenty of... tortillas. All the food I've tasted here was good quality and had lots of flavor. If a ride variety of salsas and you can alsopurchase guacamole for an additional cost. It's a great place to go to for family size meals or even catering. expect a bit of await if you order a lot though it's better to call ahead with your order if you don't want to wait. I was there to get food for a big group. What I like about the chicken: 1. Has the charbroiled taste. 2. It is served with... tortillas/salsa 3. It is a healthy alternative, not over power with spices. 4. The service has always being great, the cashiereven suggested an alternative special they had going on.
