waited 58 min for my coffee in the drive though. On top of it all they forgot to put the "coffee" part in my latte and added... whip cream as well cause they were out of cold foam. ( I am lactose ) so waited 58 min to throw my coffee away. They claim theyare short staff when I timed the only one making a ice coffee 8 min to make a cold brew coffee. I would like to know why they post a dine in room closed for what reason do they need to closed, and only allow drive-thru.... Dumbest excuses if they throw at anyone, they better give a very valid reason for this. Seems short staffed. Drive thru menu is broken, got told the other day by a staff member "they never fix s*** around here" after... he was sent out to tell me to pull up to the window because the talk box wasn't working, dining room is never open, be preparedto wait 30+ minutes. This morning we were in the drive through line for almost 40 minutes. I had placed my order through the appand already paid but I felt bad for people who couldn't get out of line. When I got up to the window they didn't even know myorder. Both drinks were also made majorly wrong, which is becoming more and more frequent. I don't even blame the staff here, Iblame whoever is running this place. They are clearly setting their staff up to FAIL. Sadly won't be returning. Read more
