I ordered online a Brooklyn pizza which shows a picture of a pepperoni pizza. When I received it , it was a cheese pizza. I... called several times. Emily the manager says Brooklyn pizza is a cheese pizza. I said Why does it show a picture of a pepperonipizza. Emily says if you would of called and ordered we would of told you. But she didn't fix the problem. I paid $25.00 for acheese pizza. She should of sent me a pepperoni pizza like I ordered and wanted. Or gave me back my money. I think they misleadcustomers and don't make it right. I will never buy anything from them again. I feel that I got ripped off. Read more
Bad Service the girls there didn?t write my address down correctly and I waited about 2 hours for my pizza, she then called... saying that the driver went back because my location was too far, but I?ve had pizza delivered from here before?. I always order on the app for delivery and I always have to wait an hour or more just to get my food. Not only that but I have... to call just so they can make some progress in my pizza. Food was okay one of my medium pizzas was burned. Basically if you wanta place to get fast pizza don?t expect it here. Read more
The food is good and fast service, Don't get me wrong, but the service as far as getting what you order, is bad. This is the... second time they don't give me the Dippin sauces for my wings. Not only should they provide them at no cost, but they charge youfor them. Placed order at 5:28 pm. Tracker said driver was 5 mins away at 6:45 pm. He was still at the same spot for another extra 5 mins.... He then went off route. Then tracker said it was delivered. I kept calling the store but it seem they disconnected the phonebecause I kept calling and the call immediately dropped. So unproffesional for a business to do that. Driver finally arrived at7:20 pm and I asked him why it took so long and he said idk call the store. Seriously! I have been trying to call for an hourand they dont pick up. He said yes they do that. The pizza LOOKED great. Tasted very good. Food came out in a quick time which was also very good. No complaints there. At all.... But this store needs some work. Its small and cramped. Took nearly 10 mins just for the person in front of me to get their ordersettled before i could get my order that was already made. Its one window for both ordering and receiving which is convenientfor the workers but in my case it just held things up. Read more
This is by far, the worst pizza store ever. Not only among Domino's Pizza locations, but all the pizza places in three... continents that I ate pizza in. Besides of the unprofessional "kid" who took my order, I insisted that I want extra cheese on mypizza, and look what I got in the picture below.. the crust was wiered, disgusting tomato sauce, and unprofessional little boywho answers the phone.
