Food tastes great, but the service was slow. Had to pull around and wait for my food. Hope the service gets faster.

After a lot of driving after hours I had built up quite an appetite. The Waze app showed CJs on my route back to Newport Beach... so I pulled up just after 6am & to keep it short my food was fire af (delicious, fresh, satisfying)! I had the breakfast burgerw tots and a Barqs root beer..sheeeeesh I smashed every bite of the meal and felt compelled to share with anyone thinking aboutcoming thru to this location to not hesitate! This place is weird, the drive thru dosnt function as a drive thru. I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru and had to wait 10... minutes in a parking spot to receive my food, its ridiculous. If you want to wait over 10 minutes for one double beacon westernno fries or drink feel free to stop by. * update went back and did not have the same problem. I ordered the same thing singlesandwich and even misspoke, my fault, they proply fixed the issue and got my order out to me in great time complete 360 of mylast visit. I will be going back and hope to have the same amazing service i had today. Read more
Terrible service - ordered 2 Beyond Famous Stars with NO cheese, got 2 REGULAR Famous Stars WITH cheese. The manager was rude... and only reimbursed me for one burger, not the two I was wrongfully given. Awful location, inconsistent, I will be urging myfriends and family to not visit this location or Carl's anymore. Read more
Didn't take photo as I was eating while driving. Fries were newly cooked, Classic burger was small but juicy and satisfactory.... My first time here. However, I gotta point out that as I was ordering, they added a $2.99 burger price i didn't order. And Ihad to get Ignacio to update my balance. So, be sure to check your order as most often people generally do not look at receiptsand so u may be charged more than your order! Because of that, I'm giving it a 4 stars ???? Read more
Love carls jr but really hate that almost every time my order is missing something???? When i have time i check the bag and make... sure i got everything but sometimes im in a hurry or a family member picks it up and they forget to check.
