Restaurants at all levels wax and wane. Much like Burger King, Carl's Jr. continues to fade. If from 12 to 1 pm, there are... fewer than 3 booths occupied, no one in line, and a single car in the drive through, take that as a clue that something right isnot being done. Simple things. Things like serving a cheeseburger with a party that is warm enough to melt the cheese, not beeras tough as sure leather (of course you must be old enough to remember leather shoes to understand that), and staff trainedenough to understand the menu well enough that a native English need not repeat the order the times. I don't care who you hireor where they are from, but have to repeat a #5, burger only and a small drink, for better l here, is not really thatcomplicated, until one learns that it costs more than the combo with unneeded and unwanted french fries. Why must it be cheaperto order food that is unhealthy, will be wasted and add methane when decomposing in a land fill than it is to NOT order it? Read more
Poor quality food for a Carl's. Their hours of operation sign states dining room closes at 8 at the earliest, they lock the... doors at 7. Also no refills. Read more
Disgraceful customer service experience. Staff are an Embarrassment to the franchise owners. Staff put on a smile while they... are rude and disrespectful. Disgusting. Read more
Good burger...slow for only two people on staff not bad though

The service was good but the California classic had more lettuce and was better looking than this in the menu photo.
