I had the worst experience here wouldnt give me a refund when I brought the whole meal back. I had to go back to work and never... ate my food or got a refund. The manager is extremely rude and sarcastic. They literally just robbed me. Stay away! Read more

In 2014, I'm involved in VA outreach but my phone ???? was gonna die...I plugged it into an electrical outlet under some kid's... banner so it definitely "looked like" it had power ???? ???? QUACK...15min later I'm dealing w suicidal Veteran's my phonedied...when I'd asked of "why" they couldn't mark or cover that so a patron wouldn't "think" or "trust it to work" i got a funnysmirk from their Mgr... Another time here, I'm often taking a bus in this area, love French fries...but now there's "somethinggoing on" w their Men's room & as some woman exits, I race in to avoid an accident...while in that bathroom albeit not "labeled"as Men's this worker bangs on the door and begins yelling...that's "illegal" ???? you can't be in there...it's NOT...whatever soit's "been a long time" as that was a scene ! Ok so last week, maybe 4yrs later I go grab a burger & of course...my fries ????but when she's giving me a $7.35 "total" for a budget frie order / cheeseburger just KNOW this to be WAY OFF...suddenly shesays, but didn't u order 2 fries ??? It kinda defies "logic" if I'm buying "budget fries" that I'd purchase 2 of these...sheNEVER apologized but fixed the bill and it was about $5 not $7 something... drive thru service is ridiculous. I ordered an oreo shake and instead the employee gave me a large soda and told me they don't... do shakes after 10pm and it's a lie because the Uber Eats App doesn't say anything about that! I will never go to this garbagerestaurant again. Read more
Super rude manager, telling customer need to go through drive Tru because he has no cook. That definitely did not make sense.... Supervisor or manager whatever he is should not be talking to customer rudely. I would not be purchasing my food from thisplace. Read more
