Ordered through the app and arrived at my pickup time. I asked about my order and a worker said they hadn?t started on it since... there was a long line of customers. I asked her to expedite my order but she said they would get to it eventually and told me towait on the side. Roughly 5 people were in line when I first arrived. Waited another 15 min and received my 2 pizzas after theyserved the 5 in-person customers. It would?ve been faster if I had stood in line to order than continue waiting on the side formy online order. Extremely disappointed by this experience and lack of customer service. Read more
As much as I would love to give this place 5 stars I can?t because the service was terrible! I love that you can customize your... own pizza. Unfortunately the employee working there was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him. He simply threw theingredients on the pizza? I had to ask him to make it equal and not on the very middle of the pizza. After I got my pizza it wasgreat but the customer service at this location ensure that I won?t be returning to this location. Read more

Ordered online and had my mom pickup. Pizza was not ready for another 10 mins which is fine. However, the pizza did not taste... great. The dough quality was not up to standard and one of the pizzas was completely wrong! I did not eat as it had everything Ido not like on it. Called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and he was apologetic and promised to refund me within anhour. He lied and said I was suppose to receive an email which I never did and never received my refund. Will not be returninghere. Read more
