Had a mushroom burger that was good. I ask for sweet and low waited 10 minutes. Got up and went to the bar and got it... myself. Then I ask for more ice for my tea, and she never went and got it. I was there for 35 minutes. Read more

The atmosphere was nice but it was so cold inside had to get our sweaters from the car. The food selection is not what it use... to be. Selection is very basic and just the same items with a mildly different spin. Service was very poor and there were veryfew customer's. No plates were brought for the appetizer course. Only saw wait staff when we ordered, and they dropped off thefood. No one ever asked to refill our beverages or if we wanted dessert. So I was very disappointed with my visit. Read more
Visited my friends at Applebees on our anniversary. Apart from the appetizers being half off from nine to midnight.The onion... rings were delicious. I had the Whiskey bourbon burger which was great. She ordered the chicken Alfredo which i tried and wasflavorful. Although I was bummed they don?t have modelo negra, we will come back on the same day of the week and same time sincethe cook was on his top cooking game and so was my friend ?Tito?. Thanks! Service was fast and place was very clean. Plenty of parking, even though it's at the mall. The steak was perfectly cooked and... the garlic mashed potatoes were delicious. The wing sauce was a bit too salty for us. Husband liked his grilled chicken andshrimp. The Bahama Mama was very flavorful and decently priced. We will definitely return. Read more
My friends and I were greeted with a smile by two men that written there while they held the doors open for us. The host at the... front desk was friendly. We wore our face masks and we were seated more than 6 feet from other parties. Once we sat down at ourtables we took our masks off. Our server was friendly, patient, attentive, and made sure to check up on us. They give you apaper menu of 1 page that is just a one time use to prevent people from catching anything. We ordered boneless wings asappetizers. The wings were cooked well and the Buffalo sauce gave it that extra oomph. Yummy. The manager took the time to goaround and inquire about their food and if everything was good. Which is great. Our experience here was a very passive one andhas been the times we've been here. I live Applebee's in general. But the one in Mainplace has the perfect atmosphere. There was a 30 min wait so we decided to sit... at the bar. Web were helped right away by the bartender. We had and IPA and a Margarita. We ordered food and he kept checking upon us. Over all great experience. Read more
