Reviews for Sanibel Café in Sanibel, FL
My favorite place to stop on the Island. Sanibel omelet and the Pina colada French toast is the best! Always friendly and... wonderful service! Read more
Ate breakfast here while visiting Sanibel. It?s in the second story of a cute shopping mall. It?s a small but charming space -... the tables have shells beneath plexiglass. The service was good. The food was very nice. Had the bagel and lox which wassurprisingly good. It came disassembled so I got to make it how I like it. My husband got the sanibel omelette and it tastedgreat - had shrimp and herbs. Would definitely eat here again. Read more
One of the best spots IN THE WORLD. We cane here on the morning of our one year anniversary, only to be shocked! The eggs... benedict were beyond perfect and my wife had toasted coconut crusted French toast. Loved staying at Captiva but this breakfastput a smile on both of our faces. Thank you Sanibel Cafe! Stopped for breakfast after a long morning of shelling with my son. Tried to go to 2 different restaurants before this one, one... was closed and the other had near an hour wait. Walked right in and got a seat here, and the food came out quick and delicious.Wonderful staff, it wasn't our first time here and definitely won't be our last! Read more

The staff was very friendly & welcoming! We got our food pretty quick and the prices are very reasonable! The food was hot &... DELICIOUS!!! They have a pretty big menu to select from as well. They also have different tables with different types ofseashells in the tables to look at! We are on vacation and love trying new places & this one we will definitely be back to! Read more
Ordered the Signature dish, eggs with sautéed gator. The waitress recommended a side mixture of honey and Cholula; it was the... perfect touch. The hash browns were cooked the way I like, a tiny bit of crisp on the top. You can add onions for $0.50 andcheese for $1.00. My husband ordered the Rusty Pelican because he has enjoyed it in the past. A great flavor combo that isunexpected. The only improvement he said would be that it was hard to get a bite with everything because the ingredients were alittle scattered. We will definitely be returning to try more of their lunch and breakfast items. We love that they servebreakfast and lunch all day. There are a few tables for two outside. The restaurant is practicing social distancing well. Diner feel, probably not great for large groups. Read more
Cute breakfast/brunch place that definitely has that beach town vibe. The menu is pretty standard, flavors are good but nothing... was particularly spectacular. They could take things to the next level with fancier coffee options or homemade pastries. Servicewas friendly, and prices were reasonable. Read more
