As the only vegetarian in my extended family sometimes it's hard to travel with them. Tonight when dinner was served there was... nothing for me to eat. When I got to the Paperfig they had just closed but the owner let me purchase some dinner. Their food isamazing. I had the orzo salad and the berry salad. This is a take out place with food that you can heat and eat at home. The sandwiches were very refreshing for the HOT Florida... weather. The salads were fresh, light and refreshing. There are 3 little tables outside the restaurant for customers toenjoy food. Read more
Update July 1, 2022: Paper Fig has been hands-down the #1 spot we look forward to visiting while on island. The sides are ?meh,?... BUT the Mother Clucker is an incredible sandwich! I would recommend it to everybody we would talk to. In fact, we sent a couplethere the other day. Although they said it was ?fabulous,? they commented that ?the chicken to bread ratio is off.? Today, westopped in and I can?t agree more. The price has gone up (to $17 for the Mother Clucker) and the amount of chicken in thesandwich has substantially decreased. We ordered several?and they were all the same - lacking a substantial amount of chicken.While the sandwich is good, I just don?t believe it warrants an $17 price tag! While the Paper Fig used to be a favorite spot, Idon?t see us returning anytime soon. Read more
Had an awesome Korean beef taco today for lunch. The tea was great?so wanted a refill. The brownie was a good ending too. ... The box and silverware the lunch came in we?re done nicely and tastefully. Like having a super good picnic on the tableoutside the restaurant. The food was so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend. Deb and Jeremy handled all of our wedding weekend catering and just absolutely blew us away. The food was amazing, the staff was... incredible, the planning process was easy and fun ? it was all perfect. All of our family and friends still say that our weddingwas one the of the best they've been to, and I think that largely due to how excellent the food and service was. 15/10 wouldrecommend! We have been coming to Sanibel for 26 years this is a fantastic much needed addition. The grab and go concept paired with... excellent food is ????????. The selections are great and lots of gf options as well. I had the Autumn salad with chicken and itwas enormous- ended up only eating half and saving the rest for dinner. Husband had the Britt Britt sandwich and raved about it.Thick carved Turkey and well worth the $. Read more
5 for the Korean Tacos!!! They were delicious!!! 4/5 for the other things we tried. My mom got the veggie Greek burger- needs... more flavor, and grilled cheese was okay. 5/5 for the taco though :) And the monster cookie is DELISH. Great service too :) Read more
This place is a must-do if you?re looking for some easy and delicious meals for your condo or a picnic. They have really... delicious sandwiches, soups, small desserts like giant brownies, cookies, and lemon bars as well as take and heat frozen andfresh case foods. We tried various things on multiple visits - seafood bisque, chicken salad, potato salad, potato puffs, lemonbars, and the Brit Brit club sandwich. For drinks we had the iced tea, which was fresh and delicious both times, and icedcoffees, which were also perfection. It was all so good and reheated very well. I could easily eat there every day.
