Stopped by on our way home from Shaver Lake..had to move the car 3 times to find a working drive up. Once we got one that worked... the lady on the other end was rude and kept saying ?I can?t hear you!? I shouldn?t have to turn my car off and shout to place anorder in the 100 degree heat. It was 10:23am and we wanted breakfast and were told ?you?ll have to wait 15 extra minutes forbreakfast items? your site says you serve breakfast from 6am - midnight ???????????. Iced coffee drink was terrible & tastedlike coffee that?s been sitting for hours, they didn?t have a green apple slush anymore, the eggs were burnt on our breakfastburritos, the French toast sticks were over cooked, and the tater tots were pure salt! Definitely a disappointment as we onlystop for sonics once a year since they?re not anywhere in ventura county yet. The location is definitely run down as otherreviews say and seemed to be very understaffed. Don?t think we will be back by this location again. Read more
Someone charged my card twice, I tried to talk to the Manager she was worthless. Told her they needed to give back my money,... she was upset with me because I accused her, or one of her flunkeys of stealing. Short story my bank side with me, I got mymoney back from the thief. I will never go back to this Sonic again, I suggest that you do the same. Read more
This has nothing to do with employees, seems they are trying to do the best with what they have, but the place is falling apart... inside. The tables are so wobbly food spills over, no bathrooms to customers. I don't think I've ever been to a place that looksthis run down inside. The owner should really step up, out of respect for the customers and make some major, major repairs.That's my humble opinion. Read more
I love the drinks here, it?s extremely delicious! I always come here every time, but the last time I went. I ordered a... strawberry shake, a girl named Zarina was very rude. I waited a while for my shake, then she come form the window and said,?bro? im a very ride way. Dont know why they hired this rude person in this place! Very disappointed! Dirty and not up to snuff for the Sonic brand of quality. Whatever you decide to do, don't park in stall 6 as the screen... doesn't work. But that is better than stall 7, which has no screen at all! Restaurant seems to be understaffed but one mightnot fault the owners because the place isn't lit well at night and people might think they're closed. I expect that they will beclosed soon enough, if proper changes aren't made. Staff is hit or miss with the attitude displayed. Some are polite and someare just rude. I probably will find another burger joint to eat at, in the future. You just don't have to put up with the lackof quality here. Read more
We've come in previously and recieved good service but I'm not sure why Sanger Sonics is closed at 9 pm on a Tuesday ???? all... the lights are on so we (and two other cars where in the drive through) without realizing it was closed. Wanted a strawberry lemonade slush so slid thru the drive thru. The location was kinda ghetto-ish, and the jalapeno poppers not... exactly gourmet, but the girl at the window (didn't catch her name, but she was rockin blue hair with green highlights) wassuper friendly and sweet. A cheerful, friendly encounter, even at a fast food joint can be kinda uplifting, sounds weird butit's true.
