Deplorable service! When we walked in, there were maybe two other customers. Somebody finally said "oh, do y'all want to sit... down?" Well, obviously. Then, despite the fact that there were 4 or 5 workers just sitting there chatting, it took about fiveminutes to get a table cleaned off. The a gal yells across the restaurant "who's taking this table?" We felt very welcome(sarcasm). The whole time we were eating, the waitresses were talking very loudly about who tipped and who didn't, andcomplaining about various things. Never asked if I wanted a coffee refill. They were NOT busy. Maybe if they put in a littleeffort and acted more professional, they would get the tips they clearly are annoyed that they're not getting. Gee, I wonderwhy? Read more

On 10/13/2022 at noon I tried to place a to-go order with the manager who told me they don't do to-go orders. I've ordered to-go... from this location many times before... I then said I'll just order it for here and you can give me a to-go box... She thenasked her employees if they wanted to do it... So, I just told them "nevermind, I'll take my $ and their tip elsewhere..." Towhich she replied "I didn't ask for it." Worst service ever. Read more
I never once been to waffle house in 44 years and it be carry out only. Then my order was wrong and they burnt my bacon. While... waiting in my truck for my food I notice the cashier was vaping. I was wondering why she was even at work because she hadterrible cough. Worst service I ever got from a waffle house. Read more

Finally a good Waffle House experience! Reminds me of the ones I would go to as a kid. It was busy when we arrived, but they... cleaned our booth as soon as the last occupant got up and food came out relatively quickly after we ordered it. The food wasawesome! Best hash browns I?ve had in years. Dakota was our waitress and she was wonderful. Highly recommend! Read more
Waffle house has changed a lot over the last 20 years. Once. You could pull into any Waffle House in any city, any state, and... get the exact same service from the same excellent people. With the same quality of food and great dining experience. Well,about 15-20 years ago. All of that changed. What was once an awesome short order cook dine-in restaurant, became a "family"fast food joint, with all of the short cuts that come along with it. Patty melts went from toasted buttery rye, sautéed onions,high quality beef with American cheese, to Texas toast, dobyou want your onions cooked? What kind of cheese? And half the meat.The servers are just there, and the cooks are no longer the same guy that kept that job for 25 years. Corporate greed for thewin. I used to go there all the time, several times a week even, especially when working on the road. Now, I visit only if it'slate and there are no other choices, more-so out of necessity than want. The filthy floor behind the country, and my burgerbeing handled with the grease scrapper, finished the place for me. Read more
There was literally not a single customer inside & they told me they couldn't take my order in person. They said I'd have to... download an app to scan a QR code so that I'm able to order my food. Mind you, they're all sitting down on their phones smh.Ignorant & unprofessional. Read more
