Very nice find! My family recently moved to Sanford from Alamance County and have been looking for new local places to try. This... one did not disappoint! We got the steak tips for aappetizer. We went here for the first time last night for a date night. Called ahead otw and got reservations at a high top table in the... lounge. It was a good atmosphere. The waitresses was very busy, not the most attentive. I had the seafood combo with a crabcake, scallops and shrimp were amazing. Very nice and romantic bar area. 5 star pricing maybe 4 star food. Potatoes in aluminum foil. Steak was OK. Power kept going... out while eating. Management was more focus on us paying before it went out again than if we were good. Drinks and service great. Read more

The loaded French fries & house made ranch were a delicious appetizer. My date and I were told asparagus isn't always on the... menu but they had it available so we both ordered it as our side & enjoyed it. She loved her tuna, the appetizer portion wasperfect and raw as she preferred. My steak was very well flavored and cooked to perfection. The mushrooms had that cannedmetallic flavor but our server assured us they were fresh. Service was good. Lounge is beautiful and reminiscent of an oldsteakhouse. One of the best steaks I have ever had. Grilled perfectly. The Bangin Shrimp were amazing too. This place was recommended by an... employee at the Sanford Antique Mall and could not have been happier with out choice to come here. The staff was so friendly andhappy to seat us even tho we didnt have a reservation. Will definitely make the drive back to The Flame. Read more
The food was amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly. The filet was tender the fried scallops were possible the best we've... ever had. It was very crowded as there were multiple Christmas and Birthday parties so the kitchen was a little backed up butthe food was well worth the wait. Service was great. Read more
