Went through the drive-thru at 8pm and asked for extra caramel drizzle with my drink( as I always do). With that being said I... dont want my cup to be filled to the first indent of the cup with nothing but caramel. Looks like they just dumped the bottom ofa bottle into my cup because they didn't want to condense them at the end of the night. Can't upload a picture but it'sdigusting. Read more
My white chocolate mocha was horrible. I'm not sure what they did, but it tasted like hot water and a dab of chocolate syrup.... This was my first time ordering here, I will give it another try, but this has to improve. The customer service was good. Weshould have tasted the drinks before leaving. Read more
THE WORST STARBUCKS. I refuse to go here anymore. I ordered a to go drink, stood there waiting for an hour. Finally an employee... asked me what I was waiting on. I come here once in a while, but it?s usually to get something niche. I?ve been overwhelmed and to be honest, it isn?t the fault... of anyone that works there. The location is weird and the parking lot is not set up to be conducive for drivers. The exit alsois slightly dangerous, as it connects awkwardly to the exit from Aldi to the main road. It is a cluster. The drinks are usuallymade pretty well and some baristas know how to make a mean latte. It?s very hit or miss at this location, but I understandcompletely. Got this today at the sanford, nc store. "Light Ice" did not happen. Looks and feels like extra ice. Very... disappointed. Update: Starbucks reached out to me to get more information and provided us $35 fill up on our Starbucks account.I would say this is exceptional customer service on their part.
