This is my 3rd visit here and still unable to eat inside. Today, with a fairly full dining room, I was told the dining room was... closed. I placed an order in the drive thru and customer service needs work! I ordered a frozen lemonade (listed on the menu ANDclearly visible at the pick up window) yet I was told they only have strawberry lemonade. Not good I went to Popeyes about 3 days ago and the Customer service sucks ???? I ordered a family feast which consisted of 10... pieces of chicken two large sides four biscuits .Well everything was disgusting ???? except for the macaroni and cheese. Thechicken was fried in grease that had to be old. I sent it back and had them drop fresh chicken and it came back the same way. Iwas so unpleased . Always good food but, ugh the took forever to get you order
After waiting a month for the grand opening to die down we finally got some Popeyes!!! When we lived in Raleigh we loved Popeyes... and we've been super excited about the opening of Popeyes in Sanford. It was so dang good, as good as we remember it when welived in Raleigh 4 years ago. Also the customer service was excellent the lady working the window at 10/12/21 around 530 wassuper nice and quick! I see the Google rating here is low but most the reviews are because of the wait and the food wasn't asgood. It frustrates me to see how quick people are to leave a review. The place just opened up, and the workers are workingtheir tails off to get food out as fast as they can. It's not their fault that you customers are flooding the lines to get food,it's a small town thing, when a new place opens people go nuts. Now that you have left a review about something you should ofwaited to leave a review about, you have put the rating score very low. These workers are new to the Popeyes system and some arestill learning. Give it time and you'll be happy that you did. Popeyes still one of my favorite fast food joints! Read more
My food was amazing! The chicken sandwiches were hot, spicy, and very big. I was in heaven! Absolutely delicious. I tried an... apple pie too...VERY VERY GOOD! Had stopped by to get a quick lunch after a study session, the food wasn?t too bad, the chicken had a odd smell to it. My... customer service experience was excellent. The one thing that may prevent future visits is, one young man, from the back wherefood is prepared came out from behind the counter with the sanitary gloves on eating on the job, and then returned back behindthe counter WITH THE SAME GLOVES!!!Very unsanitary practice,especially considering we are emerging from a pandemic.
