This is my 3rd visit here and still unable to eat inside. Today, with a fairly full dining room, I was told the dining room was... closed. I placed an order in the drive thru and customer service needs work! I ordered a frozen lemonade (listed on the menu ANDclearly visible at the pick up window) yet I was told they only have strawberry lemonade. Not good I went to Popeyes about 3 days ago and the Customer service sucks ???? I ordered a family feast which consisted of 10... pieces of chicken two large sides four biscuits .Well everything was disgusting ???? except for the macaroni and cheese. Thechicken was fried in grease that had to be old. I sent it back and had them drop fresh chicken and it came back the same way. Iwas so unpleased . Had stopped by to get a quick lunch after a study session, the food wasn?t too bad, the chicken had a odd smell to it. My... customer service experience was excellent. The one thing that may prevent future visits is, one young man, from the back wherefood is prepared came out from behind the counter with the sanitary gloves on eating on the job, and then returned back behindthe counter WITH THE SAME GLOVES!!!Very unsanitary practice,especially considering we are emerging from a pandemic.
