New to area and have eaten here a few times already, mainly for pizza. Can be a little backed up sometimes, but pizza is great.
What can I say? I pass by Nonno’s every day and I’ve been meaning to stop by.\nYou walk in, and they greet you right away.... We ordered our food in person, and yea, they deliver as well! So we waited around the gas station (don’t worry, that doesn’tchange anything) and it took about 20 minutes.\n\nI ordered the chicken and broccoli, and my partner ordered the chickencarolina. Both are GREAT! I’m no connoisseur of fine Italian, so take it for what it’s worth. I recommend it. Why bothdriving all the way out to Fayetteville or Raleigh? Just stop at Nonnos. Plus, they have Pizza! That will be my nextspot.\n\nUPDATE: We ordered pizza and honestly… still incredible. Definitely go here for your pizza and Italian food needs! Read more
We’ve had their pizza both pepperoni and sausage… very scrumptious, but this Bella Donna hit the spot tonight! Salad was... crisp, ranch was tasty (rich but light in taste) sauce (much like a vodka sauce in color & texture) with chicken and bacon waswonderful. My boyfriend and I decided to do a mid-week takeout date night. We settled on Nonno\'s since it\'s right down the street from... our house. It\'s location (being in a gas station) did not deter us, especially because we\'d seen some pretty great reviews. Hegot the chicken and broccoli, and I got the chicken carolina. Each came with a small side salad and a slice of garlic bread.Each dish was delicious! I couldn\'t even eat all of mine because I was so full! (That\'s okay, it\'s my lunch for work now.)There were really only two things I think could be better. The side salad was only lettuce and tomato, and I wish there wasanother veggie on there, but I get that it\'s just a small side salad, so it\'s really not that big of a deal. I would have alsoliked if the garlic bread had a bit more of a garlic flavor--it was a slice of baguette with butter and garlic on it, but it wasjust too light for me. It was still delicious, though, and I still gobbled it down! I want to give 4.5 stars, but I\'m not surethat\'s a thing. Overall, we will definitely be back! :D Read more
