Corporate has failed this location. This is literally one of two McDonald's catering to a growing area and corporate is NOT... keeping up. Every single time we have ordered inside it takes an act of congress to get anyone's attention to take anorder. There will be a lobby full of customers just standing around waiting while staff in the back walk by, walk past thecustomers, walk up TO the counter, and not a single person makes eye contact or even bothers to address one customer. Not untilsomeone steps up and says "Yeah, so, we've been here ten minutes...is there anyone working up front?" Like, how long doesMcDonald's allow customers to just stand around and wait to order? How many people have to walk out and go somewhere else beforethey do something about it? Meanwhile the kitchen is FULL of workers. We're talking 10+ people actively working the kitchen,yet not one of them addresses the entire lobby full of waiting people. Not to mention, the place is never clean. The floors arealways covered in trash and food, the actual trash can is overflowing, and supplies are always out. There's a lot of potentialand every missed opportunity to make this place decent. Step up and do better, corporate. Read more
I?m trying to figure out how this place doesn?t have sweet tea. Asked why and they said Co2 was down. Last I checked Co2 was for... soda. They need to get their act together. Read more
Fries are cold , my sprite tastes like mineral water , spent almost $20 and I can?t even enjoy my food. Waste of time and... money. Never had this issue at any other McDonald?s. Read more
I wish I could give this location zero stars. I?ve been here multiple times and they always leave something out of my order.... This time it was four sausage biscuits. That?s a lot of money gone. I?m not driving 15 miles back, burning that gas. It wouldjust be more money gone. Please do better. Read more
Slow,waited 20 minutes for our order. When my husband asked the manager for our money back she totally ignored him and just... walked away. Very unprofessional manager who needs to grow up and get customer service experience. Read more
Extremely Rude and slow, place online order last night in the app before arriving and got into drive through line and called... because it was extremely long line and slow. I politely ask if I can come inside to pick up order since it was placed online andalready paid for and was an option for pick up on the McDonald?s app, to be told yes and upon coming in completely ignored andemployees walk past me to lock the doors and say drive through only and once explaining I called and was told I could come inand the app had the option of I store pick up to employee was extremely rude and said well we are closed and whoever told youthat was wrong but unless your doordash you have to get back in drive through line and wait, mind you I was standing at theregister for 5 minutes being blatantly ignored me while I waited to be assisted. Instead of telling me correct information ortrying to at-least resolve and correct the issue due to employees giving wrong information they didn?t even offer to resolvethe issue of at least making my order since I was waiting inside they told me to get out and get back into the long drivethrough line which And I just cancelled the entire order. Get people who want to work there and not mad at the world because oftheir occupational choices. Read more
