Ordered through the mobile app. Went to the drive thru and was refused service. Was told we had to go inside to pick up the... order. Went inside. Wasn't addressed. Employees just turned around, laughed, and continued "working". Was handed the order,which was correct, but I could have been anyone. They never asked if I was there to pick up an order or even place one. The foodwas stale and the order was incomplete. I get it. It's 2am. You could care less, but the whole situation was beyondunprofessional. There isn't a single thing in the world stopping you from handing me the order at the drive thru, nor is thereanything stopping you from speaking to the human being on the other side of the counter. These weren't even teenagers. I was"waited" on by fully grown adults. I suppose they lost the will to live. After eating a brick bun with twigs for fries I supposeI have as well. Read more

Multiple experiences with no napkins, no straws, no utensils and wrong orders. Today was no different. Waited 15 minutes for... hotcakes from drive through and again no napkins or utensils. Went inside to ask for some and was ignored. Finally got someone?sattention and told them what I needed which they where right beside it and told me to hold on and walked off. Finally gotsomeone else to help me and had to explain what utensils are to this individual ?not kidding?. Finally after about 20 minutestotal my son was able to eat. Read more

I had preferred this location over the other 2 in my city, but lately, service has really gone downhill. *I'm often being asked... to pull up, park, & wait for my food at drive-thru (inconvenient during time restricted lunches)...the last person who broughtout my food didn't even speak to me, & forgot my drink. *My 1-hour lunch was cut down to 35 minutes recently. *My orders almostalways have something wrong. *No smiling faces... I went here one night after a work shift. The place was extremely slow. Had one car in front of my take nearly 15 minutes just... to place their order. I figured "whatever, they're probably doing side chores, or restocking, whatever." Placed my order.Double quarter w/ large fry and sweet tea. Guy said to pull up to window. I paid. Went to the second window. They handed me mybag, and I waited a moment for my drink. The guy at the window just stared at me, and asked "what?" I told him I ordered a sweettea. "We don't serve sweet tea." Huh? I've ordered sweet tea from this place before, and obviously I know they serve sweet tea.I asked for a coke then, considering I already paid. He was really huffy and it took five minutes or so to get my drink. Like Isaid, this wasn't a fast night. It was really slow. When I got home, I realized they forgot my fries. If you really want somequality service, just go to Horner. They're always nice, and have never gotten my order wrong. I don't mind attitude when itcomes to fast food cause I know it's usually an unforgiving job, but like... just save your time and head to Horner. Read more

This was a express line today! I went through the drive thru less than 3 minutes!! The man at the window was very friendly? and... the other man at the pick up window was great too! For the love of... I SHOULD NOT have to check behind your employee's to make sure my order is correct. It's your job to get it... right! You have photos of what it's supposed to look like. Look at the order and make it to how the customer would like it! Iordered TRIPLE (means 3 patty) burgers and only got single burgers. Of course, I wasn't charged for the single patty's, it wasthe triple. Even kindergartners know how to count properly. I attached a photo of what a triple burger looks like vs what I got.Everyone open your order and check to make sure it's correct right then and there and don't wait till you're home for you tofind out. I can see in the reviews others had the same problem. EDIT: As you can see from the photo. The wrapping said Triplebut it was within a single patty. Read more
