My granddaughter and I stopped in for lunch. This place is a treasure. The food is awesome ,store was very clean . Staff is so... friendly and make you feel so welcome. Used to love this place. Tonight was a HUGE disappointment...not super busy...4 people working and goofing around. Super clear... orders had them read back to us...STILL not one but TWO of our subs completely messed up. Tried to call before heading back kidlaid the phone down and never came back. Almost 10 minutes later I hung up and called back 8 times...NO ANSWER. Won't be back.Have deleted the app and considering canceling the charge with my credit card company. Ordered jersey turkey salad, told salad comes with cucumber, green peppers, cheese and tomato. (Ordered no tomato no... cheese.) Received basic turkey salad with tomato, & no green pepper. (When I told them no tomato & showed the receipt theyremoved tomato, but didn't add the green pepper) when i asked I was told they don't have green pepper (would have been good toknow when I was ordering) Other than that the staff was very friendly which is why I gave 3 stars still.
