I called the number for this Domino's location and spoke to somebody who spoke English with such a heavy accent that I could not... understand him. When I asked to speak to somebody I could understand I was told that that wasn't allowed. I have a feeling thatDomino's has a call center somewhere in another country where they get cheap labor or something and then the orders go to thestore whose number you actually dialed. At least I hope that's the case because if I was speaking to someone in that actualstore I never want to eat from here again. Read more

Waited over 1 and half hours for delivery so then decided to drive in to cancel my online order. When I got there was told that... they would not let the drivers deliver the pizza because they lost power even though my pizza was already boxed up. Asked themwhy they could not of called me to say we can not deliver because we lost power but you can pick up your order. Their responsewas due to us losing power we also lost cell service. Really !! Ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery at 9pm on a Thursday. By 10:15 the order hadn't even been put in the oven. Papa Johns is... superior. Read more

I went to pick up my order of a pizza and chicken wings and I order red crush pepper.. the cashier had a nasty attitude she... stated it would be a $1.25 (approximately) extra? I said it was fine, I asked for plates and napkins? when I was on the roadwith my family I noticed she didn?t have me the red pepper and I called and explain that she did charge me and I didn?t get any?so she said I would had to drive back to get it? I said I was far and could do it so I just wanted my credit card to be refundedfor the extra amount that was charge? she said she could not do it and she would put a store credit ???? I said I don?t think Iam going back but she refused to refund me?. It is sad they rather keep your $1.25 and loose a customer? well she was themanager and she can keep the $1.25 but I will never go back to that place it is a shame the awful attitude she had. Food has been taking over an hour. I can understand being short staff. We live 5 minutes from the place and the delivery driver... is going everywhere around us. The staff was rude. I had a toddler who was hungry but wouldn?t eat nothing except for pizza.This is ridiculous. Never gonna order from here again. The fact I order around 6:45 and it is now 8:48. Read more

Made a carry-out order, was told the total price and the length of time, all good. Was never asked for a name. Got to the store... and was told by one employee it would be a little while. Took my groceries to the car and came back. The first employee leftfor a delivery, now I am told I don't even have anything ordered. Called Papa John's they got my order right and it was $12less. I ordered a pizza and nearly 45 minutes went by before they moved it to "baking" from "preparing"... I called to see if... everything was OK and I was greeted with attitude. I understand that you may be short staffed but I'm just trying to see what isgoing on. Pizza finally came an hour an 27 minutes later and it was BURNT! The wings had no sauce and when I called back againto express this... again I was greeted with an attitude. The resolution was a "free pizza" on my next visit.... but what am Isuppose to do tonight?!?! Dah well... bologna sandwiches it is! Read more

Barely any sauce and the garlic twists are tiny!! They were seriously half a bite. It's like they are trying to save... ingredients. 2nd time it's happened. Very disappointed. Read more
