They are usually on top of orders, I have never had anything come back wrong. I will say that if you don't mind waiting in line... then this is the place for you. It's well loved so it stays busy! They have plenty of variety so it's not hard to find somethingyou'll like. Read more

This is something that needs to be addressed, I?m not one for bad reviews but as of lately I feel like this location is trolling... me every time I order food here. Whenever the traffic is low, my order is always correct. But whenever the traffic is high, myorder is always wrong. Staff need to realize that there is no rush, the more you rush, the easier it is to forget what peopleorder so you just throw whatever in the bag and hand it to the customer like everything is all good. Also, every time I ask fora M&M milkshake, I always receive M&M milkshake with Chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. The recipe does not call forchocolate ice cream anywhere so why am I getting that instead of vanilla ? This location needs to be re evaluated in allaspects. I see the potential in this location but my high hopes are slowly starting to fade away. Read more
We ordered, however the order was missing items when we got to the window. We asked about the items, that were clearly stated... when we ordered, and were told "that's all I rung you up for". We asked to get the rest of our order and pay for what she didntring up, a second BBq sandwich and a large fry, only to get attitude, and then still only got the sandwich. She continued to getan attitude with us again after asking about the fry we had just asked for and still did not receive. Absolutely ridiculousexperience. Shakes are good. Hushpuppys and fries are good. The burgers weren't bad but I'm not a burger type. Tonight I got BBQ platter.The... pulled pork was pork paste and did not taste like pork (pic) and the coleslaw had a bunch of iceberg lettuce in it.
