Might just be the most unorganized and horribly ran store I've visited. Much more so in the evening than the AM too. People just... sitting around talking and not working while the drive thru is up to a 11 minute wait and I sat at the inside register foralmost 6 mins before someone even acknowledged me. I drink unsweetened ice tea in the morning. I thought they would have self-serve refills, but they do not. But the cheese and... egg biscuit was excellent. I had to do work while there and their WiFi was plenty good for what I needed to do. Read more
One of the best Bojangles in the area. Puts the one in Aberdeen to shame.Shirley and Bettie offer each customer their special... personal touch during the breakfast hours. Both make you want to come inside to say hello. Clean. Food is great. Managers arealways pleasant and smiling. If I had one suggestion and this is for all Boj please work on the crumbly biscuits. Usually Bo's is on point with hot, delicious food but on this particular visit with husband. The food was not good at all, the... fries were lukewarm and loaded with grease! We ordered 2 Strip meals and the strips so hard that we could not eat them. We wentto the store and asked for full refund which was gladly returned and that was that! Read more
Seems to be a whole new team in the morning that are unsure what the difference is between sweet and unsweet tea. Ordered half... gallon SWEET got unsweetened!! Very disappointing. I also ordered lg sweet tea that was right. But when I refilled my cup withthe half gallon I also bought it was a very rude awaking! With the price of gas and everything else it's not worth going back upthere to get it replaced. But it should have been right the first time I don't like spending my money on stuff I cannot use!! Ordered a quarter white dinner. Got a raw and bloody breast. Turned me off from chicken for a while. I didn?t bother to return... it for a replacement because the thought of eating salmonella is nauseating. Read more
I was stuck waiting on my order for 43 minutes ??,they were More ready to take care of the people coming through the drive... thru.then the one's in the dinning room.short staff , messy counter display.poor service.and yes I have pictures of staff notbeing at there stations and etc.????????,I really couldn't believe it. They where wonderful. Moore county NC we had no power an everyone was going to Sanford. But the employee's an the food was great
