First time eating at the Eggroll Cafe and I was pleasantly surprised! This time, I just dappled in appetizers, egg roll, crab... Rangoon, and chicken finger. Everything was delicious! The only downside was the price difference between menu on Facebook pageand current prices which the nice lady explained was due to previous owner not providing them with the Facebook password so theycould update the menu picture. Loved it and will be back to try more items! I am updating my review after many trips to say notonly is the woman (I assume is the owner) nice but the young men she has working for her are VERY nice and polite!! They alwaysthank me for my tip! The woman at the front is extremely pleasant and kind, great customer service. When I called, the boy who answered the phone... told me they could make the fried rice with no vegetables. When I got there, the woman told me it?s all premade and she couldn?tdo that for me. I ordered anyway. I found the portions to be quite small for the price, but the food tasted pretty decent. Nowhere near the quality of Asian Taste in Waterboro though. My huge complaint was the flies.. there were fruit flies and regularflies landing on me and on my food the ENTIRE time I was eating. I ordered large chicken and beef teriyaki, crab Rangoon, egg rolls, and bone in spare ribs. It is all delicious and I'm still... eating it a couple days later. I recommend Egg Roll Cafe. Read more
My significant other and I just ordered from them last night, and unfortunately within two hours of eating we were violently ill... with Food Poisoning as confirmed by our doctor. Now we are in serious pain, and trying to recover from dehydration. I triedmessaging the restaurant to let them know and after reading the message they didn?t respond. I?m so sad and disappointed as Iliked the restaurant before but it?s safe to say we will never be returning. Read more
Foods alright, if you like unauthentic Chinese food. Filler vegetables like zucchini that are not traditionally in certain... dishes like Kung Pao, take up a good 1/3 of the final product to save on food costs. Updating to 1?.. Shrimp Tempura consistedof bad shrimp. Read more
