The manager markia took really good care of us! Today we had a misunderstanding, she fixed the order for us in 15 minutes and... had our replacement ready when we got there. This location hasn?t had a full flavor selection online for 2 months now, how do you Not have Hot/Mild/medium?? When they did... have Cajun they were skimpy on the seasoning. Today 10/7/2022 I bought the 50 wings bundle. I call to make sure that the fries was included. They say yes they are; when I got... back to the office no fries!!!!. I call to let them know they say can you come back, I say no I only have 1 hour lunch and thiswas for a office meeting. He say I am going to compensate you with some fries. You need to stop by before 7 days. Compensateme?? No you are not going to compensate. I pay for those fries. Read more

The food took a little over 20 mins with no one there granted im sure they have online orders so not a big deal. The issue was... the the fries came out under cooked and the lemon pepper wings were just plain wings with no seasoning. I felt like whoever madethat order could have cared less lol. Read more

Good evening my name is RJ, Today I experience the worst customer service from your location. I live off Hialeah st in Orlando... and decided to place my order to pick up so that it will be ready. I started calling @11:02 and reached this location @11:25. Iwalked in and still on hold and while on hold it appears that someone is going to answer but nope on hold. So, There we?re twoyoung men as you see in the attached picture. One is a black African American and the other appear to be mixed or Spanish(curlyshort hair).One was cleaning the wall and the other was talking to him. The black young men greeted and said how may I help you.I stated to him I need to place an order. Which I?m still on hold but they didn?t know. And stated to me that I will have to goonline to place the order. I patiently said can I speak to a manager. So the young men with the curly hair came and stated thatwe don?t have a cashier with cash and that?s the reason you will have to go online. I then said you will have to take my ordercause I drove this way to place an order over the phone. And nobody didn?t pick up the phone to acknowledge customer on thephone to tell he or she anything. I said I?m going to pay with my card. So the manager logged on to the register and took myorder. This is not a way to run business especially at Wingstop. This wasn?t fair as a customer waiting on the phone and thenhad to wait another 15 to 20mint to get food. Which my intentions were to place my order and pick up and get to my destination.Then on top of that my fries taste like they been in dirt. I have never eaten at wing stop and been disappointed. I just want to share this because I love Wingstop but for the most part the experience is very default. A few days ago, I... witnessed both sides of the hospitality experience. A young male (I do not know his name but I believe he may have been of Asianbackground and definitely a teenager) assisted me at the register and I had questions about this new chicken sandwich beingoffered. Instead of getting impatient with me , he took the time to tell me about each flavor that was offered AND actuallygave me a personal recommendation of the lemon pepper flavor because it was his favorite and man he was right. Sometimes myexperience, aside from the food, is bland but i do appreciate you guys for getting it right with this young man. The sandwichwas amazing and I just want to salute him because I know in the food service industry customers can give the staff a hard time. I was having a rough day and the little patience and empathy he showed me really went a long way. Good kid. I?ll be back to thatlocation to thank him and try another flavor sandwich. Read more

Edit: I don?t frequent this location as often as I used to, it used ti be my favorite wingstop in all of central Florida but I... had a very unpleasant experience on the night of January 19th. As I was waiting for my order I overheard the managers casuallycalling each other the N word, casually. 2 white men casually using the N word in a majority black community. I will no longerbe returning til these people are reprimanded! I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on I returned yesterday after afew months of avoiding this particular location, and I really wanted to leave another review praising the new staff they have.Great cashiers very polite and courteous with my food and my family, they made us feel taken care of and made the experiencethat much better. The food was made faster than our initial expected wait time of 25 minutes which I was really happy aboutsince this particular wingstop has a reputation of turning food in late. Overall my experience is a million times better incomparison to my visit a few months ago, thank you guys for making me and my family feel welcomed I?ll be sure to return moreoften now haha Read more
