The workers on duty were too busy talking to each other to notice we had been standing there for some time waiting to place our... order. Upon noticing us there the young lady on duty asked us if we were paying with a card or cash. Since it was a card shedirected us to place our order on the kiosk. If this is the way things are heading there is a better way to handle it. The lackof customer service, communication and courtesy will deter me from meeting with anyone or going to this location again. Read more
This is not fast food. This is take your time food. The people working behind the counter have no urgency for anything. I... remember when I used to work fast food years ago we took pride in making sure that customers got their food fast. Everybody inthis location was lethargic and took their time. You never know how things are going to go. Maybe you'll zip through line, get a great meal, and be on your way. Or maybe you'll... wait in line for 45 minutes to finally arrive at the window where you get to watch 3 kids scramble with no organization to throwsomething slightly resembling your order into a bag. Did you place an order in the app? You better hope they're still openbecause, if you do it towards the end of the night, they might have already gone home. This Wendy's is obviously fighting hardwith staffing issues. It wasn't this way pre-pandemic, but we've probably cut our visits in half last year due to the unreliableproduct, long waits, and early closures. Read more
Easily the worst fast food restaurant I've been to in the area. I've been here about 6 times; it's the only fast food place... nearby with an outlet that I can plug into and work for a couple hours while I wait for a friend to be done with his class.Here's a typical morning. I show up and enter the store, and there's someone near the front counter. As I approach the personat the front counter walks away. I stand by the register for maybe 5 minutes while employees ignore me. Some are working thedrive through; some are preparing food. Some are doing nothing. Nobody acknowledges me. An employee arrives with a cake and asksto be clocked in. She stands at the register in front of me but doesn't even look at me. The manager comes and sets her up. Hedoesn't look at me either. After she's logged into her register, she walks away and doesn't take my order. Finally the personrunning the drive through comes and takes my order. Average wait time from the time I get to the counter and getting my ordertaken is between 5-10 minutes. And the dining room is usually empty - most of their business seems to come from the drivethrough. You need a pass code to enter the bathroom - why? The main sink in the men's room doesn't work. In three weeks ithasn't been fixed. The soda machine is really nice with lots of options, but the nozzle is always gunked up, so I have to cleanit. I'm tempted to give the place two stars because of the many access to outlets and reliable wifi. The food has always beendecent. But the service is so deplorable that I'm done with this place. Everything hot and juicy just like they said. Except the fries were crisp, not juicy. Just like they're supposed to be. I think... this Wendy's might be the best one we've ever eaten at because it had the freshest beef and it was not oversalted and it wasreally fresh crisp garden ingredients on the burgers and they didn't overdo the ketchup and the mayo and all the other thingsthat can go wrong, just didn't go wrong. Very hard to find fast food outlets that follow all the rules and give you a perfectproduct that is hot and fresh, including fresh up fries right out of the fryer, so hot you can't touch them. And it's reallyhard to beat a Wendy's burger for taste and quality when it is prepared right. This Wendy's really does it right. And it waslate at night when we came so we didn't actually expect much, just a decent hot burger, but we got a surprise when it turned outto me just about the best Wendy's burgers we'd ever had. I recommendation is to always add the pretzel bun to whatever you'regetting if you're getting one of the expensive burgers, like the Dave's. It is an extra dollar for that pretzel bun but itreally holds together better with all the ingredients on it and sort of wraps around the edges of the burger so that everythingis kept within the confines of the button pretty well. This Wendy's must be really well managed, and we already know it'sreally well staffed from the quality of the food we received. Great job! Read more
