This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes they will have your favorite sandwich, sometimes they won?t. There?s been a couple times... where I have ordered a bagel for breakfast and it?s so stale I can?t even break it apart. Their coffee is great though Read more
So I ordered two items, one sub and a bowl, i get the bowl and waited for my sub. 10 mins passed so I asked about my sub. They... can not find it even tho its on my ticket. Come to find out they voided the sub for some reason and I had to order everythingall over again and waited another 25 mins for it because it got busy. Being that this is my local Wawa and I'm here at least once a week, I've had both good and bad experiences at this location. I... will say however, in all totality, I think this store is very well managed. The times that my experience was less than ideal, amanager stepped in and addressed the situation promptly, which led to a mutually agreeable solution. Further, my breakfastselection there is a special request, not on their menu. This location has always accommodated my request, which is more than Ican say of some of the other Wawa locations. The store is always clean, orders are processed efficiently and most of the staffare very friendly (one of whom remembers me by name). All told, this store should be an example to neighboring stores. It?s been a couple nights since I was here, but I wanted to share my experience. Stopped here late at night to use the restroom... and grab some food. Restroom was nice. Grabbed a slider, a sub and a drink. The sub was pretty good. Typical of WaWa subs. Iwas thinking the grilled chicken would be warm, but it wasn?t. It still tasted good though. My complaint comes on the sliders. Igot the turkey and swiss sliders which have been really good at other WaWa?s. When I opened the container to add Mayo to thesandwich, I was really disappointed at the amount of meat this one used. For $5, this was unacceptable. Took it back. Asked themto add a slice of Turkey on to it, but the employee told me to just grab another one. That one was better. Still lacking, butthere weren?t any more and I didn?t want to complain more. The second sandwich was acceptable anyways which is why I gave them asatisfactory rating. The pictures are of the first sandwich that I returned. Read more
This is a Wawa problem. When you go to customize your order this is what your customer is expecting on the customized order. In... this case, I didn?t want bacon and it?s not listed here. When that is not the case and it?s added for some reason, there shouldbe no arguing whatsoever or implication that the customer should just remove whatever they didn?t want. Understand, people whodon?t eat pork can potentially get sick if they do and it has happened to me. I don?t like pork I don?t want anything to tastelike it. Please be respectful and again I understand this is a Wawa problem, the lady that was working behind the counter didher job and she was very polite about the issue.
