The food was okay. The service could of been better considering the amount of staff they had. I had to ask for my bottled water... several times. Was given a cup of water since they didn?t have bottled water. Was finally given a bottle of water which waswarm, I?m more upset that I had to ask several times about the bottle water and someone didn?t tell me from the beginning theydidn?t have any that was cold . Visited Tropical Cafe this morning for the first time. Did a curbside order for 2 Santa Fe Quesadillas. My food was brought out... to my car by a really nice young man. I don't remember if I selected a fruit but I got a banana for one of my fruits, the youngman who was walking to the immediately turned around upon hearing the store door open turned around walked back to the front toassist me and pleasantly switched out my fruit for an apple instead. There was another young making the smoothies and he too wasattentive and acknowledged me coming back into the store. Great experience because customer service is very lacking in foodservice The Santa Fe Quesadillas had a good flavor. 1 piece I bit into didn't have much chicken but I got one from the other onethat did have sufficient chicken and it was really good! The smoothies were excellent! Their kaleslaw was good also. I willdefinitely be returning. Fingers crossed that this type of service is consistent, would definitely be one of my new go to spots! Ordered on app for curbside pickup. Waited outside but no one came out. Went in got order. When I got home I realized all the... chips from my order were not in the bag. I called the restaurant asked for a manager. When they came on the phone I asked theirname. The young lady refused to give me her name. I explained the missing items and asked for a credit to my credit card. I didnot feel like wasting the gasoline to go back and having my food be ruined, by sitting until I would return. The woman informedme that chips are sold as part of the combo so I could not receive a refund for them. She was rude, and has no concept on how tospeak with people. I suggest no one frequent this location unless you want to be frustrated and mistreated. Read more
Horrible service, just horrible. The girl making smoothies was slow and acted as if she didn't want to hear anything her Co... worker's were saying. The place was packed and she barely would call out the names. The only hustle was from the guy makingfood. They were young but this is unacceptable. Orders messed up left and right. How are you slow and still inefficient?! Theyneed some more training big time. Read more
I wouldn't suggest going here if you are concerned about COVID19. The cashier had his mask below his nose and the person making... the smoothie had NO mask in site. I cannot risk giving COVID19 to others for a smoothie so I had to leave the store without myorder. Please note the sign on the door says we are required to wear masks. So apparently customers have to wear them butemployees don't have to???? Not to mention Seminole County requires masks in public places. I understand some places don'trequire it but don't have a sign on your door for customers if your employees don't follow it. Read more
