First off let me just say the food was really good! The chicken bites were fresh and hand breaded! The lumpia’s were great!... The Royale burger with cheese was good but I didn’t find anything amazing about it. Now the service was just not there. Theperson they had taking orders didn’t smile like at all! I went up to the counter and not even a “hi, how can I help you?”Or anything of that sort. Let’s not only focus on the quality of the food being put out to your customers but also on customerservice. Never going to frequent this establish again as long as they have the staff that work the front cashier. My girlfriend and I... walked up and stood right in front of this African American gal for a good 20 seconds while she played on her phone. When shefinally noticed us she put her phone away and just stared at us without saying a word as if she was annoyed that we wanted topurchase food from the establishment. Until management fixes this issue, we won’t be back. For reference this incidenthappened on 08/03/2022 at 6pm. Read more
Went here for lunch and got the royale with cheese, ube horchata and fried pork skins. Everything was good and tasty. Eating the... longganisa in a bun is a really different experience as eating it back home in the Philippines usually come with rice. Lol. Thisis a new way to experience Filipino cuisine. And I must say their fried pork skin (chicharonnes) is so addicting---especiallywith the dipping sauce. Definitely a must try! Read more

Im very disappointed. I ordered the Royale one of the pattys was burnt to a nasty black crisp.. also ordered the chicken... sandwich and I was expecting a nice chicken breast but instead it was a weird peice of dark meat . All the other food options atHenry depot are good I was suprised how bad this was. Read more
