2nd time ordering here and highly disappointed. First time I ordered a crunch-wrap supreme they forget to add the beef. Today I... ordered a crunch wrap supreme, soft tacos, and Mexican pizza. Pizza was cold, they forgot the whole crunch wrap supreme and theyput tomatoes on a taco that I never asked for tomatoes on. They literally do not care to get anything right at all. The branch is only as strong as its weakest link, and their ?manager Nate? most definitely does not belong in charge of... anything. They accept our order on the app, only to get there and be told that they are closed, and have ?Nate? refuse to giveus our food or refund us our money. When you insist that you want your refund, he literally goes psycho over the speaker,screaming incoherently and cursing you out. This branch either needs a new ?Manager? or needs to just be torn down and replacedby a different business, since the current management is not only an epic failure, but also bipolar and verbally abusive! This location is absolutely horrible. I used to come here two to three times a week and now when ever I show up for breakfast... they are never open. They always say come back later we are not open yet. Guess what? You're supposed to be open and ready toserve at 8am! The customer service is going so far downhill it's very disappointing. Read more
