We went for our dinner at this subway and the man that was there was very sweet. He prepared our meal with speed and was... attentive. We have been out of power from hurricane ian for 6 days and have not been able to cook at home. This was the 2nd timesince the power outage that we've come here for our dinner. It very much was a pleasure to be served by this gentleman. So thankyou for an enjoyable experience. Read more

This was the subway in Osteen,long line of people,one sandwich maker,could care less if she was slow,seemed annoyed when asked... questions.and upon paying,she said either tip me or dump me...wth... Since when did you have to tip sandwich makers at Subwayfor making your subs never heard of that,that's their job, she got nothing so I decided to dump her. Read more

Very poor service and short staffed. A friend and myself visited this location twice in one week to grab a bite to eat, BOTH... days we were told food wasn't being made. Simply because the lady Mindy said she was baking bread on EACH OCCASION. Mind youthere were bread already baked and ready to serve. Not only to mention she was very rude. They gave me bread that had egg on it. I asked for white bread ,ham and American cheese, the woman was talking to someone else... while making the sandwich and toasted it without asking me. When she asked me for the veggies, I didnt notice it had egg on thebread. I got to the jobsite and had to peel the egg off the bread and it destroyed my sub. Read more

I am an asian American. We ordered subway online and paid already. When I showed up I was told I had to wait outside bc there... were too many people in the store. I understood that considering the circumstances with the virus. But when three people walkedin right after me and they weren?t told to wait outside? Or not having a fair system and having me wait while others didn?t wasa very rude thing to do. I truly feel this was discrimination towards me bc of my ethnicity. After I told the man I alreadywaited and I already paid for my order and that all I needed to do was grab it, he still claimed that I needed to go outside andwait when many people had already left the store. I?m truly upset that this happened. I?m glad that it was me to take thistreatment instead of my mother who was supposed to get the food. While this was happening a lady also added in a comment ?do younot understand English ??? I?m truly disappointed. Read more

If I could give NO STARS I would. The app NEVER accepts debit or credit cards, so therefore one could never use the "app"... discounts. But the solution by their workers is to come in the store, buy one of their gift card, and then place the orderonline/app while you're standing in line. If that's the only solution then what's is the purpose of using the app and orderingin advance with you preferred method of payment?!?!?!?! DO NOT ADVERTISE SOMETHING THAT IS ONLY BENEFITS YOUR COMPANY, AND NOTTHE CUSTOMER!!!!! Read more
