WORST drive through experience ever! I deliver food through app orders. I gotten 3 separate order requests from this location.... Each time I have gone, the lobby is closed due to staffing. I canceled one of the orders because I was in the unmoved drivethrough line for 10 minutes (before deciding to write the restaurant off as not a real restaurant) because, impossible. The lastorder I would ever get from this location I decided to tough out. By the time you realize you want to back out because your lovefor chicken can?t be this tempting, you?re trapped with 6 vehicles in front of you, and 4 vehicles behind you. You finally getto the order stage and you have to wait 3-5min. for an employee to even address you. Then you wait another 15minutes to get tothe window to pay, and other 5 to actually have the fast completed by someone. Although the food was hot, can?t say it wascorrect for the customer, based on other reviews and CERTAINLY NOT worth the excruciatingly, grueling wait. Whether deliveringfood for another or yourself I HIGHLY unrecommend (if that?s even a word) this location. The drive through attendant waspleasant though. He made the wait less painful once I finally reached the window after 35 minutes. Read more

One of the best experiences I've had with Popeyes to date. Food was good n fresh, service was fast n friendly, not a single bad... thing to say about this Popeyes. Thank you guys for renewing my faith. Read more

This location is TERRIBLE! They are short staffed and usually the lobby is closed because of it. The line in the evening will... wrap around the building, causing you to wait longer than usual for your meal. Door dashers are treated disrespectfully, as ifthe customers in line are more important than the customers who paid online?.they are all equal! Today, an employee slammed thewindow on me because I chose NOT to wait in the 10 car line and drove right up to the window. He told me that I needed to waitin line just like everyone else, cancel the order because he will now wait for the next dasher who follows protocol. I?mworking, just like they are and should NOT have to wait 30-40 mins in line when they got the order BEFORE the cars waiting inline. Customer service is the key, he could have easily asked me to pull to the side and wait for the food! Read more

Good chicken! Cant you pay your people more and get some help. Your understaffed. Chicken that good you all should be making 20... hour. Another thing , the people on top making all the money off your hard work. Corporate better recognize and treat itsemployees better. Your overworking your employees so you all can live in big houses. Something definitely don?t seem right.People there are giving it there all. Please get them some help. Read more

Third time wasn?t the charm. Once again I was disappointed with my meal. Two piece box with soggy, cold, over cooked fries. Two... thighs with three bites of meat. Employees aren?t hospitable. So sad, because Popeyes used to be our ?go to? for Sunday lunchwhen we lived in Oviedo. I won?t be back. Read more

Be nice to these people. My food came out fast, fresh and was seasoned right. Also, the guy who seemed like a manager was in... good spirits even though their machine was not working. Poor girl in the intercom sounded ill. Hope she?s alright. I have beento some of the most ?ghetto? establishments and leave with little to no issue because I?m not a jerk and sometimes whatever itis really isn?t that serious and I?ll simply just ask for something and if it?s on them they just address it. Very disappointed in Popeyes. They have gone downhill. I ordered a #10 Classic Chicken sandwich combo. They started charging... $.30 up charge for Mac&cheese which I didn't realize till after paying.. but whatever. Until I sat down to eat. I opened it upand the small little cup they give was half full. And the sandwich was about 25% smaller than it used to be. Won't be eating atPLK anymore. Read more

Horrible. I knew it sounded all wrong so I asked for a copy of the receipt. Three different acting managers approached the... window asking me what?s the problem. I said your over charging me and other for this meal and the cheese cake desert. Yoursignage says one thing but your charging differently. I stated if this if the price it need to say that on the sing. One lookedback and asked. Has she paid yet. Yes!!!! Well the prices literally just changed and they are right. Because my son who lovesthe nuggets was in the car I drove off. He then said. At 11 mom go take a picture of the sign. The owners needs to know this isstealing. I went and did just that. I went back showing them as if they would adjust my bill and tgey all were looking like adeer in head lights. Very Sad. Needless to say no one is answering the phones there?s no number on the receipt. I will be makinga visit back to this location to speak with a real manager. This will be my 1st and last visit here. The wait was unnecessarilylong. And then the food wasn?t even hot. The color of the cake was dark.
