I placed an online order for a large 1-topping carryout pizza over 3 hours ago, and it STILL isn't ready! It's now almost... midnight, and I still don't have my order! The employee on the phone was no help either. This is unacceptable service PapaJohn's! Just cancel my order, and give me a refund if you can't get it together. ???? Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. Have you ever seen a pizza restaurant take one slice of tomato, dice it up into about 20 pieces,... and toss it on the pizza as a topping? I literally had to point out that there is a vegetable store in the same plaza if theyran out of tomatoes. I am accustomed to receiving several slices of tomatoes on my pizza when I order from any other pizzaplace in town. They did this before with the bacon pizza i ordered several weeks ago. Look if you don't make enough money tostock the fridge and make the dishes with the accuracy of items we ordered and adequate amount of toppings then do us all afavor and close your doors. Read more

They have pretty decent food, but recently I've had a string of bad service. Super late delivery, canceling on me just before... close, and then this lovely thing. But they never contacted me back after this one. So, just letting you know. It's like thedriver drive to my place with it in its side. Also it was still doughy in the middle. Read more
So I ordered 2 lg New York style pepperoni pizzas, 8 piece wings and cheese bread. They took longer than expected and everything... was cold! I?m irate about this, being Papa John?s is normally pretty good. The chicken wings were horribly seasoned and verysoggy. I will not be ordering from this location again! Very disappointing. I spent over $50somewhat dollars and I could havespent that money on another pizza place. Read more
Hit or miss... sometimes orders are made correctly, most of the time they are not. This is supposed to be a large with extra... cheese, add 3 cheese blend, (so extra extra cheese) pineapple, bacon and pep. The center of the pizza has no cheese at all andit looked like someone put 3 pieces of pep to try and hide it. Always have giant bubbles in the crust. Read more
Giving two stars because i normally have a great pizza. Got one tonight and it was undercooked dough under the cheese Edit:... this has happened twice more. Took a picture and you can also just clearly see that is raw dough Read more
Negative 5 star for this franchise. Ordered for delivery and 2 hours later still no order. Contacted the driver and he sounded... like he was drunk or stoned out of his mind. Driver stated that he delivered to the wrong address. We will not order from themever again. THIS LOCATION NEEDS MAJOR HELP!!! Read more
