Ordered a $6 any combo deal from a girl who claims to be the general manager. Asked for large fries/ drink she said it could... only be medium I explained to her the terms and conditions do not specify what size. She said she couldn't do it I explained toher again there's no restrictions on size and if it's a problem within the system she would need to contact corporate about thewording in the deal . She then became snarky and sarcastically said "yeah im gonna do that right after this" I find it extremelydisturbing this child with no customer service skills is incharge of an entire store. Ordered on the touch screen and waited for about 15 minutes for a BigMac and after a while the cashier walks over to my table... and asks me if I was waiting on food. When I said yes she then tells me to go get it and made my dine in order to go. All thetables were dirty and the only reason an employee cleaned one was to eat on her break. Receipts on my table were from 2 hoursprior so it's been a mess for a while. I would stay away from this location it's disgusting. Read more
Very poor to no customer service! You go in and they practically ignore you! If they're open Burger King is a much better... option; they have great customer service! When I go to a place I want customer service; not having to deal with adevil-almighty machine! That's one of the problems since covid having little to no contact with others! If you don't have a carand the dining room is closed they're prejudice against you! Read more
This McDonald?s can?t make up its mind. Either be 24/7 and take orders at any time or change your times and turn off your... lights. Multiple times over the last few months I have tried getting some food just to pull up to the drive thru and be toldthey aren?t taking orders. This isn?t a time thing because I?ve tried at 10pm, midnight, 3am, 6am and even 7am. Please reviseyour times and adjust accordingly. Read more
The wait was a little longer than I'd anticipated, but I've also never really ordered from their new breakfast menu. It was... worth the wait! The chicken biscuit was slightly sweet and buttery and the fillet's edges were crispy making it an all aroundpleasant mouthful! I guess it takes longer to deliver that quality Read more
I don't even think it's fair to give them a one-star. I had a curbside order that I sat in the car long enough to watch somebody... else park and enter with their son, go inside eat a full meal, and come back out before I got my food. Many other people wereinside not getting their orders and frustrated, and I think what was worse is that the manager, nor a single employee cared. Ifthese employees are making less than minimum wage they're making too much money. Read more
