The food was great. Table very clean. The Pecan Butter syrup was Amazing. Our hostess who was Petrina she absolutely lovely. She... was so kind and thoughtful, she attended all of our needs and even asked is if we needed other things before I even think aboutit. Honestly one of the best hostess I ever experinced. This is an exceptional IHOP location. Clearly, there's good management here. Our waiter Jay was instantly likeable and took... great care of us. The food arrived quickly, and tasted great! No issues. We decided to come back the next morning before makingthe long drive home, and had another great dining experience. I cannot recall the waiter's name on this visit but he wasexcellent as well. Drinks and anything we needed was right on time, and he was very nice. The food was great two days in arow! This IHOP gave my family our best dining experiences while visiting Florida over the weekend. Read more
I believe they were short staffed in lake Mary today. We were there almost 2 hours...mostly waiting for our server, then waiting... for food, then waiting for a receipt, then waiting for a box. Read more
Started off with a terrible experience with our server. She seemed annoyed we were there. Pancakes delivered by manager on a... side plate and delivered cold. We could not get our coffee refilled. The worst IHOP experience stay away from this location. Read more
Taking one star for the hostess with an attitude, she was horribly rude to everyone even other staff. Other than that our... experience was excellent, our waiter whom we were told was the owners son, made up for it. Service was fast and friendly. Read more
Horrible experience. if i could give 0 stars i would. waited 30 min to get seated and bunch of open seats? finally got seated... and waited 15 min for server. Got our drinks and they tasted bad. Waited 5 min to get utensils, waited another 5 min for strawsfor our drinks and finally got our food. My plate was dirty and had syrup on it from whoever used it last, and our food wascold. Very bad experience and everything was messy , different servers coming over and asking us things and never coming back. iunderstand if a restaurant is under staffed but please do better. I ordered my food over the phone. My order was taken by a nice lady and was correct when I received it. It was still hot when I... got it home, which is always a plus in my book. I got the sirloin tips with eggs, hash browns and pancakes. Everything tastedgood! The steak was juicy and not over done for my liking and very tender along with the onions and mushrooms, perfection!!! Read more
