We had to seat ourselves which is fine but the restaurant was practically empty and yet it?s been over 25 minutes that we?ve... been seated and still haven?t even gotten a menu. I had to go ask for a manager to finally get service. This is the worstservice I?ve ever experienced in a hooters and I?d love to say it?s from understaffing but there was maybe 4 tables of peopleand there was definitely at least 4 girls working. It might be because we?re the only people of color in the restaurant but nomatter the case, this is the worst experience I?ve had in ANY restaurant. Hooters is my favorite restaurant but I will not besetting foot in this one again. Read more

Good service. Ordered hooters original wings, hot. Wings were definitely not the way hooters makes their wings. Batter was not... even close and the taste of the sauce tasted totally different. Hooters corp really needs to send someone out for qualitycontrol at this hooters. Very disappointed. Read more
I have been to plenty of hooters locations but this one... not my fave. Not sure if they changed the supplier of wings but... definitely seemed like smaller wings, they breading was eh, not a lot of sauce like usual and I definitely had a smokey flavoredwing coated with hot sauce. The fried pickles were ok. A bit sour and saltier than I remember. The sauce for them is alwaysgreat. The wait staff was nice. Won't return for a while. Read more
Wonderful experience at Hooters during the Hooters and hot rods event. The grilled wings were amazingly juicy and flavorful with... plenty of hot sauce. The french fries were fresh and tasty without being greasy. The service was attentive without beingobtrusive. But the hot rods and cars on display stole the show. I highly recommend this event to anyone who has appreciation forinternal combustion engine driven vehicles. Read more
I waited at the door several minutes before somebody actually noticed I was there. When they saw me, they kept on with what they... were doing, and it was several more minutes before they asked me to have a seat. The place was not full or crowded, and therewere several servers on the floor. My server was training another server who just followed her around and watched everything shedid. The server did not give the trainee any jobs like filling drinks or anything other than just watching her. I ordered theBuffalo Chicken Sandwich with a side salad. The server asked what dressing would you like with the salad and blue cheese orranch with the sandwich. I said blue cheese with both. The salad came out, and it had large chunks of lettuce from the core. The lettuce was all chunked together, and I had to cut it apart with a knife. When the sandwich arrived, it had a heavy coatingof buffalo sauce. The buffalo sauce was overpowering. The chicken breast was moist and tasted good. I finished my sandwichbefore my server ever came to check on my empty iced tea. I asked for the check, and it took the server a while to bring it. Iwaited several minutes with the card on the table before they came back to collect my payment. When I was in the car looking atthe receipt, I saw that they had charged me for the blue cheese on the chicken sandwich. When I ordered the sandwich, the serverasked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese like it was an option and never mentioned it was an upcharge. I use to eat at Hootersweekly in Casselberry and Miami. As the closest Hooters near me since the Casselberry restaurant closed down a few years ago, the Sanford site has been nothing... more of amazing quality service, great food, variety of drinks to choose or personally made, and so much more. Foodwise, theworld-famous Hooters Wings had come in many shapes and sizes over the years, but with their specialty choice of wing sauces anddry rubs, it doesn?t hurt to experiment with every one of them to taste which one stands out. I?d personally recommend theDaytona Beach sauce to get that extra crispy taste. For sandwiches, their burgers and chicken sandwiches aren?t that bad, andtheir build your own burger or chicken sandwich allows you to customize which bread you want and which condiments to choose,which is always a plus. Personal recommendation is the Philly Cheesesteak, which is very filling when getting a drink, and ifyou get curly or waffle fries, you can put them on the side, and put some of the excess steak and peppers on the plate, and putit on top of the fries to make Philly Cheesesteak fries. Last, but not least, what makes this place really stand out are theworld-famous Hooters Girls. I?ve had several girls served over time, and their service has always been great, and always madesure you?re being looked after. Of all the Hooters Girls I?ve gotten to know all the years I?ve been eating here, Payton is whoreally represents the Hooters brand in the most positive way imaginable. I?ve seen her start out as a server, then servingduring a Hooters Girl Regional Pageant, telling her she?s got potential to walk the stage with the rest of the girls, then she?sappearing in Hooters promos with other girls nationwide and NASCAR driver Chase Elliot, and appearing as Miss March in the 2021Hooters Calendar, and now as a bartender serving the coolest drinks I?ve ever drank. The server was nice, the food was not the best. Not much flavor. My first drink was a draft Heineken and it was flat like juice.... I asked for a glass of wine to exchange (Pinot Grigio) she came back and said they didn?t have it. So I said just give me amargarita. It tasted like just the mix. The cup was full of ice.
