This location is a mess. The food is good sometimes but the service is usually not. Many times the order is wrong, and I usually... don't complain. One time I got the bagel mini's and they were so burnt I went in to have them replaced. I explained that we gota few orders of the bagel mini's and they were too burnt to eat. She acted like she was going to help me but then just startedtaking drive thru orders and ignored that I was still standing at the counter with my daughter waiting for her to either replaceor refund. Then a customer came in the store and she helped that customer, took their payment, gave them the food then went backto ignoring us standing there. It was BIZARRE. Went through the drive thru, ordered a lot of stuff, I talked to Ruby who was absolutely amazing. She had a great attitude and... never rushed me. When I came in the store to grab something extra, she was great and had a big smile. The food that needed to behit were hot and the drinks were amazing. Three months later and nothing has changed. The customer service at this location is just plain awful. They got my entire order... wrong despite specific requests. They honestly just don't pay attention or simply don't care. Management needs to seriouslyconsider better training for their associates. I'm done! ------------------------------------------------------ I have visitedthis location several times recently and the customer service there is nonexistent. Each time I ended up walking out becausethey didn't even acknowledge me after waiting more than 10-15 at the counter. There was only one other customer before me. Oncethey served the customer, which took what seemed like an eternity, I did not even get a courtesy "we'll be with you in amoment". After about another 5-7 minute wait, I left. I would highly recommend a training course for all staff. Perhaps considerfollowing the path of another fast food establishment (ahem....Chic-Fil-A) that excels in customer service 100% of the time. I used to be a Starbucks girl?.. until I found this Dunkin!! They make the best drinks ever!! They are so friendly as well even... at 5:01 am ????they always greet me with a smile and a warm welcome great customer service ladies. Donut was half torn off. Kind of looked like someone took a bite of it. Sweet lady at counter said no that because they are put... down hot that the glazed one sometimes stick. Gave me a free donut of my choice and said to keep the other. Gear service and thedonut she gave me (cookie butter) was very sweet like she said it was delicious and the coffee was perfect! Read more
