We were seated right away. I love the tables that are higher up with the steps. Ambience is very nice. Family came in really... thirsty and our server was on point in refill. Server was great on everything, from friendliness to professionalism. The foodselection is good. Price selection is moderate to high, but their portions are pretty big so worth it. Food may take a bit forbusier times, but the food will be cooked very well and quite worth the wait in my opinion. Read more
I've eaten at Colorado Prime Steak several times and was totally satisfied. We even ubered our meals. The last one was good, the... meat was thick and juicy, all condiments were enclosed, including dressing, bread, augu sauce, horseradish etc. The second timeI ordered prime ribs delivered by Uber, I was very dissatisfied. The prime rib was dry and thin, they gave me Clowsaw instead ofhouse salad, and no bread. Now either they're are not paying attention to the order or giving less attention to the orders thatcome through Uber. The restaurant should treat every order as if you were dining in. I would give it a 4 but since they ruinedmy anticipated Friday relaxing night dinner after a grueling days work, they deserve a 3. Well at least it filled the tummy. Ihave noticed the review within the last past months there have been complaints of poor quality and mistakes. They must be undernew management or owner. It just doesn't taste like it did in the past. Ater the last few visits I had to updated my review from the original 5 stars to 1, since it is now a place I won't be... returning. The quality and freshness of the food seemed to be declining, Nothing tasted fresh, seasoned, and the quality of meatwasn't the same as before I suggested Colorado's Prime to our party of 7 but by the end I was apologizing for the poorexperience. When the server bother to show up, we did mention how the food was, how many items were forgotten or wrong, butnothing was done, and no manager came to the table. I ended up just paying for everyone since it was my suggestion and was aterrible one at that. Atmosphere at Colorado's Prime has always been something you would just have to overlook. The placelooks a bit rundown, dated and at a minimum needs a deep clean. I get that it is not really a nice or modern place but you willoften see people inside wearing sleeveless tank tops, flip-flops, and unfortunately the atmosphere seems to fit that best. Iwould never come here for a date night, if you want to dress somewhat decent (sleeves, shoes) or just have a nice ambience. Our first time there. Yet they have been there 30 year's. It was the bestest steak. Great ribs. And Taylor was our wonderful... server and extremely friendly timely and taken great care to welcome our first time. Thanks Taylor we will ask to be seated inyour section when we come again. I’ve been coming here for 3yrs and just paid $14 for a burger and less fries than I normally get. I ordered my burger medium... which is always slightly pink and they gave me a well done burger. I was on a short lunch and didn’t have time to drive allthe way back to the restaurant. This place has been around for 29yrs you would think they would support local employees byoffering lunch specials in this difficult time but they unfortunately do not . These price hikes are just crazy and if yourgoing to charge $14 for a burger there should NOT be any mistakes at all! Very disappointed hopefully they will make thisright. I’ve attached a picture. The steak was good and cooked perfectly. Happy hour is 2 for one drinks and they bring both drinks to your table at the same... time. So we literally had 6 glasses of beer and 4 glasses of water on our table. No room for the plates and food. It wascomical. The server said she was required to do it that way. That is a very lazy way to serve customers. The place is dated butthat adds to the unique charm of it. I liked it and will probably return but I won't be ordering a beer unless they change thatpolicy. Read more
