My daughter and I happen to love chipotle, but this particular location is always filthy. Every time we walk in there we walk... right out due to nobody cleaning up. The employees that work here are very incompetent! I ordered 2 bowls and the cashier told me my total was 34 dollars, after I... paid for it she told me the receipt printer isn?t working, I stated to her I need my receipt, the cashier didn?t give me mycorrect receipt order. So I double checked my receipt went back inside and demanded my correct change back with the correctreceipt. There is a young lady that works there named Brooklyn not only is she the sweetest thing in the world but she did an outstanding... job. It was an absolute pleasure to have her prepare my food. I think she should absolutely be training other employees. Read more
I appreciate this location. I have not had any issues, unlike other locations. Other locations have had overcooked meats, over... salted rice or have had my delivery order missing things. This location I have had both delivered, ordered ahead for pickup, andmade in person, they meet each request and never feel like I get ripped off. I also order my bowls/burritos with almosteverything and they gladly fill those items and close them up without deterring me to lessen things. Read more

Never had an issue before but tonight different story.. Ordered 3 tacos and what I got was one big mushy taco, everything was... cold, it doesn't look like they put much time into these but $30 for 2 items I think you should be able to eat a taco and nothave to try to separate them from one another... First time coming to this specific Chipotle. Interior is nice. Order from the app, picked the time for my food to be done, and... walked in and my food was there ready to go and fresh. Found a hair in my burrito and when I went in and asked for a new one, I was asked repeatedly by 2 different employees if I just... wanted it ?re-wrapped? with the same ingredients as the contaminated one. Disappointed because 4 days earlier, I posted a 5-starreview. I left the previous review below because this was a one-off mishap. Great burrito or bowl every time.
