I was very displeased with my visit. Staff really wasn?t friendly they kind of rushed you to order and the sandwich itself... wasn?t good at all. I am an avid Philly cheesesteak person and this has to be near the bottom. No flavor and there was barleyany meat on the sandwich. I watched Emanuel take the order, cook the food, and send the customer on their way for 5 people. He was all by himself and... literally did everything from beginning to end. I?ve had Charley?s Cheesesteaks at many other locations, and it had always been good! I will never go to this one ever again.... Ordered with a regular cheesesteak and wanted all the toppings that came on it. I ordered to go, and got home to my surprisethey added EVERYTHING on it! Tomatoes, lettuce, pickles ????. It wasn?t wrapped and everything was just literally thrown on thebun! I just wanted to onions, mushrooms, and green pepper that came on it. Then I wanted a regular water, they refused to giveme water. The manager that took my order was short and rude. When I went to the fountain, THEY HAD WATER!! The manager justwanted me to pay $2.45 for a cup! I have never been refused a water!!!!! I can tell the workers there are just hating life, andit shows in their service.
