Food is good however the staff is rude!! Especially the woman at the front counter who takes orders....very noticeable that she... either #1 doesn't like her job or #2 doesn't like the white race!! I have never had such rudeness from any restaurant employee. Read more
Clean Restaurant! Awesome Service! Food was fresh and good. My loaded bake potato was great. I want to pause and say in the... climate we live in that fast food employees are frustrated and rightfully so because the customer has become less and lesspatient. The employee has become the punching bag literally and figuratively. This needs to stop. That saying "the customer isalways" right is just bring abused by the customer and it needs to STOP. Employees go to work just like you do and should betreated with respect. Back to Captain D's. I dont live near here but it was truly a pleasure to see the inner relations of theemployees and the manager, truly refreshing actually. Thank you for the A+ service, food and atmosphere. Read more

I experienced fast service here and the food was pretty good. It's just what you'd expect from a fast food place. The only... problem I had was how greasy the food was. It was all over my hands and was not a pleasant experience trying to manage that. Read more
