They are never open during open hours. Edit 10/31/22. They should literally just close this one! I mean for real! Get someone... that can manage it and keep employees. Doors are always locked and it seems they never have more than 2 employees at a timeworking, and sometimes it is literally just one person working. Not really fair to the employees or customers! People here do not handle their own mistakes well. The staff made a mistake of putting only 1 pie when there should be 2. It?s... really a simple mistake and so asking to correct it is not a big deal. She made a fuss out of it talking trash like she?salready being disrespected and all and she was asking me to leave. Ordering online is supposed to be a simple process. This was a hot mess. What should have taken maybe 5 minutes took 30 minutes;... first I was told to wait by the front door when there was no one else at the restaurant and no one in the drive through but me.Then we (my partner and I) were waiting outside for at least 15minutes, watching as other people went through the drive throughand went inside, and left. I had to go INSIDE to get the staff's attention. When we checked our order, we found that all 3sandwiches were wrong, all of them missing cheese and one with an add-on that wasn't supposed to be there at all, the shake waswrong, my sauces were wrong, didn't have applesauce or the poppers. So I went inside to have it fixed. The manager apologizedand ordered all of it to be remade, and told me to keep the mess ups. Another associate, the woman who was handling the drivethrough, came over and asked what I needed, I said it was being handled but answered her question. She took ALL of the items andthrew them away, after the manager specifically said that I was supposed to keep them, before I could say anything else. Whatthe hell kind of service is this? Terrible! Terrible customer service I went through the drive thru, a tall dark lady had a terrible attitude towards me. They... need customer service training. They even don't deserve a star. My son went back again tonight and received the same badtreatment by a dark guy with braid up hair. If these people don't want to work they need to stay home. They need customerservice training. I got 2 Impossible Whoppers on my way to the airport. They were burnt. I called. When I came back the on duty manager Jasmine... declined to replace them. Tried to call the general manager who did not answer the phone. She did not have the corporate norfranchise phone number. Total lack of service. B.T.W unrelated they closed the drive thru and were locking the doors at 9:45pm.The store hours are 10pm. And the store was dirty Where is the management? Read more
