Ismale, the manager, is the absolute worst. He left off an entire meal on my order so we went back to get the rest of our food.... The manager, Ismale, was unapologetic and stated that he didn?t forget anything so he doesn?t know how that happened. We arelocals and eat here a lot, this service was completely unacceptable. I observed an employee which appear to be a manager by the name of Cody absolutely disrespect another customer. He became very... insulting, loud, and argumentative. Apparently the customer was upset about a wrong order and the employee by the name of Cody.Additionally the Assistant Manager by the name of Ismael just stood there and didn?t try to Deescalate the situation. It?s wasvery unprofessional and disgusting. I will not be back. This is the second time I encountered rude and unprofessional employeeshere, literally this week. Speedy service and decent food. I went on Sunday and was surprised to see 8 cars in the drive through but it all made sense when... I saw the sign it was drive through only. They moved the cars through quickly - somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes. I thoughtthe tea was good, the fries are the bomb and the chicken tenders were okay. They seemed to have most of the breading falling offbut they were cooked correctly and tasted decent. Read more

The fries, cheese curds and drink were great, but my Brand new signiture spicy chicken zax sauce sandwich i ordered is unedible.... The meat fell out the breading right out the box. I love the fries.. not supposed to have the fries... but I just can't help it... the seasoning is on point. Fresh and hot... today! Great service even when they were getting ready to close.
