This Wingstop is horrible?. 1st thing they never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold and never come back to... the phone. 2nd When you order online the food isn?t ready and the food be cold when you receive it and then have to wait another30 mins for food. Rude lazy employees! We called to place an order was told 3 time wrong location! I drive up to location and employees refused to... take in person counter orders and said go online and order. Was lied to by three different employees all within 5 mins. Ask tospeak to a manager a lady calls him on the phone then asked if he wanted to speak to a customer he said no call somebody else!Smh never again Buffalo Wild Wings may be higher but they have great service at least! Terrible, even for post pandemic standards. Fountain machine was out of the majority of beverages, and it was not calibrated... correctly (everything tasted like carbonated water). Staff was grossly unprofessional, on the phone, wearing regular clothes,etc. Food took a long time, when it came out they didn?t not give us napkins and when we asked, they told us to go to chipotlenext door?! Stopped by this wing stop on my way home because the one closer to me always seems to mess up my simple order and I had the... taste. I will definitely drive out the way for this wing stop! I have been waiting on this location to open. I stopped by from a long flight and to my surprise they had been open a week... Torrid and Josè gave the best service in my whole Wingstop experience. The food was good though I got take out and they didn't put any utensils in the bag which I really could have used with the... messy Louisiana fried that I had ordered. Also no napkins which is ridiculous considering I got wings but the food itself wasdelicious. The atmosphere of the place was frankly a little annoying they were playing loud music and singing really loud in thekitchen. I thank goodness I was only there waiting for a few minutes.
