Had an issue with my pickup order and couldnt retrieve it. Called to see if a refund or credit option was avaliable. Would have... been fine if the answer was no. However, i was lied too and told id have to go through the app. After doing research and findingclear directions from the app that say the store must complete the refund- I call back. Employee continues to tell me it mustbe done through the app and "We have this problem all the time". A few minutes of me speaking logic to the man and he caved andadmitted that a manager needed to be instore to complete the refund. He THEN offered to take my number for a call back, rudelyat that. Clearly bothered by the fact that i called him out on the lie. This is terrible practice, and absolutely zero reasonto do this. Litterally all he had to do... Was be straight. Justice, the manager, is pretty rude and not very helpful. Refused to honor a Smoothie King coupon. Every single employee had... AirPods in and weren?t very attentive at all. It shows that customers are the least of their concerns which will definitely leadin the decline of their sales based on the other reviews. With the rising recession, I would help at the very least they couldshow some customer service? Read more

I have been going to this Smoothe King every couple of days since it is near the gym I go to and the location is on the way home... for me. This location was temporarily closed for a while as it went a remodeling I think the store has only been reopened forabout a month. I go several times a week to this location and as a result I have acquired reward coupons for $2 dollars off apurchase. This evening I purchased a smoothie and wanted to use my coupon and I was charged $2 dollars more for my normalsmoothie price. I also pointed out that that the price they were charging me was not the price on their menu the employee toldme that they recently increased their prices. How convenient lol. I told him I was charged the correct menu price YESTERDAY whenI came in and did not use a coupon. The employee even appears confused about this. Another employee came over and told theemployee that was assisting me that the Manager said they have to charge what the price is and that the price is the price. Thisseems dishonest to me and it looks like they have configured their system to not honor rewards coupons at this location. Youjust reopened a month ago and you are allegedly increasing your prices and do not tell customers your brand new menu doesn?thave the correct prices. This is very deceiving. I hate this smoothie king! The manager is never there, the employees don?t care to do their job efficiently because of lack of... management. I?ve had several bad encounters with this location (never coming back) Justice the store associate is rude anddisrespectful! He not only can?t read but lacks focus. He clearly doesn?t need this job. His lack of customer service, andnonchalant attitude need to be addressed! My smoothie is constantly made wrong, and I have to keep returning to the store inorder to get it fixed. If I preorder online there is no excuse why my smoothie shouldn?t be made!
