Do not come to this establishment or the name it's listed under on Google maps, which is Hookah City Lounge. It's next to Cigar... City Club for reference. Pulled up around 1 AM on Saturday because it supposedly closes late. The parking lot attendant said itwas free to park. Then, my friend and I get to the door and it's $20 each to get in. We walked in and it was super empty! A DJwith no audience. They could've told us the place was DEAD. Still, we inquired about hookah and drinks. We were told theywouldn't close for another 1.5 hrs, so we were trying to decide on a hookah flavor while drinks were made. Bartender made ourdrinks, another $18 for a small drink in a plastic cup! Then, suddenly the bartender says "I'm sorry about the hookah we areclosing now." Closing less than half an hour after my friend and I paid $20 each to get in and ordered overpriceddrinks?! I didn?t even want to give this place 1 star but I had to, to leave a review. I went to celebrate my birthday and would NEVER... EVER step foot in this place again. The customer service is HORRENDOUS!!!! From the management to the lazy rude disrespectfulservers this night was trash! Overpriced drinks, mediocre food, bad hookah. My bottle that was part of the reserved section, gotbrought out at 2:50am and the event ended at 3. On top of that it was some cheap ?cook?s champagne that averages for $7. Theymessed up the tab by mixing up orders and overcharging for items never brought out to the table. Please don?t waste your time ormoney ever pulling up to this place. They need to be shut down!!!! This place was an horrible experience. I went for my birthday with a group of 12*. We had a section and for over 30 mins nobody... said anything to us. Customer service was the absolute WORST! We had to speak with management and Melo the security was veryhelpful & understanding but Mike the manager was very unprofessional and rude. Wouldn?t even give us a comp hookah for theinconvenience & horrible experience. Majority of the servers did not want to work just sat around with bad attitudes. The WORST!!!!!! Overpriced for a small drink. The receipt said TOP shelf Long Island $20? the drink (I mean coke)was in a 4oz... cup!! Straight robbery? all coke! Celebrated my birthday here and had a blast! Waitress and management was amazing, drinks and food were great! Music wasn't... really our style bcs we picked the wrong night but overall, I highly recommend this spot! Will definitely comeback on a Fridayfor "my" music! Read more
