When we arrived we were advised that there were only 2 servers working. Even being short staffed, this team provided excellent... service. Besides the 2 servers, I saw the hostess and manager helping where needed and they didn?t miss a beat! Great example ofteamwork. My server tonight was Eairricka K and she was great! Read more
I honestly never go to a steakhouse, I do not eat a lot of red meat. Came here and had their baby back ribs... and my oh my how... delicious! We did have a missing item, but did not inform the waitress since we had a lot of food in front of us! Definitely bigportions here! Read more
Food was mediocre at best. Looks like it was made in a hurry but instructions were not followed well. First photo was the 6... ounce sirloin that was supposed to be served medium rare. It was heavily over cooked. However they did correct the issue whenit was brought up. Second photo was a kids burger that was undercooked when asked to be cooked medium well. Third photo wassupposed to be a a prime rib sandwich but looked more like a pork chop rather than the mother of all cuts of steak in asandwich. Food was Okay at best is all I can say. It was an OK experience... not the best but the waitress was trying. They seemed understaffed and our steak was burnt, meanwhile... we ordered medium well. The waitress asked us how it was and we informed her so she got the manager who came over and took careof it. The service was good. I would give them another try on a different day. We craved steak... Longhorn satisfied it! They were short staffed and moderately busy that night but we were seated promptly.... Our server, Susanne, was great! She was attentive, answered our questions, and continually apologize for the wait. Our food cameout hot and the steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly! Although they were short staffed (assuming due to need to hirefolks) EVERYONE on staff chipped in to help the others. Overall great experience and we will return. Just to let you know, theentrance to the restaurant is by a light and depending on which side of Roswell you coming from...watch for that speedy traffic!Also, the driveway is narrow, so if you have a large truck or SUV, they have parking in the rear (I don't like dings)! I would give it zero stars if I had to. Went with friends and it was slow service. It wasn?t even busy so there?s no reason why... it took forever to get our drinks. My friends and I thought our food might come before our drinks. The staff were very loud eventhe manager when she was yelling at the staff like really. One worker brought his child to the back of the house and the managerdidn?t seem to care at all. The employees there spent more time goofing off in the back then taking care of their tables.
