Very rude chinese people. Very unpleasant people. My wife and I bought food worth over $30 and were eating, in a few mins the... old skinny lady yelled: You have to pay for your extra drink! However, we only took two soda which we already paid for. Waterwas what was in the white cup which was given to my wife by the silly son. Then she yelled ..."Im sorry". Okay first of all I?m not really the type to really do food reviews. But y?all when I tell you this food was good AF! Omg!... Lowkey I can?t stop thinking about it lol. That shrimp fried rice was hittin? ????. I?ve been looking for a good food spot inSandy Springs area for so long ?cause most of the good food spots are way on the south side of town. HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered what I thought would be a 10 pc combo with fries and drink from DoorDash. When I went to... pick up my food, I was confused as to why I didn?t have fries or a drink (my order totaled $15.40). The guy told me that since Iordered through DoorDash, I was only getting a 10 pc and not a combo. He also stated that if I would have called in to place anorder it would have been $13. I politely asked the guy if he could just give me fries and a drink since I had already paidalmost $16 for only 10 wings. He said no it doesn?t work like that. I was shocked and confused because of the fact I had alreadypaid $16 for just the wings alone. If the combo is $13 (when ordering over the phone although I wasn?t aware of this), then whycan?t I just add fries and a drink since I technically already paid more than what the combo price totals to. When I statedthis, he blatantly got rude and disrespectful with me stating that he didn?t have time to argue with me. (I wasn?t arguing, Iwas honestly confused). I then asked what can I do to get fries and a drink added to my order and he tells me it?ll be $4 extra.At this point I am extremely shocked and frustrated because he wants me to pay $20 for a 10pc combo. I said no thanks and askedfor a refund instead. He said he couldn?t and that I needed to contact DoorDash. So I then step outside to contact DoorDash. Iwas on hold for a while, so I decide to go back inside and ask if I could just get a drink instead of any fries (mind you theyare the small canned drinks) he gets disrespectful and irate with me again saying ?you?re trying to make me lose out on money?or something along those lines. Man on man omg these wings are Bussin aka Amazing. The owner is super cool very. The place is masked enforced so come prepared... clean facility with amazing wings. I drove from Decatur to have these wings and it was definitely worth the drive. Read more
