I went to eat here and ordered my sandwich online to pick up. When I picked up my food, I went to my car and my battery died on... me so I was trying to push my car to a safer space so other clients could park. I struggle to move my car by myself so I wentback to the store and ask if someone can help me push my car to a save spot since I'm stuck in the middle of the parking lot andno one tried to at least help me push my car. I'm a loyal customer and I eat here at least once a week. I was hoping at least 1of the team help me but they told me I need to move my car to the back and I'm like what part of you guys does not understandthat I need help to push my car. The cashier just ask for my number since I was going to get some jumping cable or a newbattery. I'm disappointed that none of the workers did not care about a customer needing help. I understand that your boss doesnot pay you to help customer but I humble myself to ask for help and no one tried to help me. I wont be eating here anymorebecause of this experience. Read more

Food is good but customer service has gone downhill. Update: Been a loyal customer for 10 years. During the pandemic an... employee was rude so I complained. Next thing I know I was told I'm banned from delivery because I'm allegedly PURPOSELYflashing delivery drivers in my robe. WHICH NEVER HAPPENED No warning, no opportunity to defend myself. (No complaints aboutme for 10 years until I complained). Tried to address it with management earlier, employees blocked me. I let it go, moved onand move to another area have had delivery and walk-in several times since then. Then called again and told I'm banned again. Tried to explain, but they would not listen. Was extremely rude again and refused to listen. Was so rude that I lost my cooland became irate. I've tried several times to iron this out but always rude and refuse to listen. Regretfully, I supported themthroughout the pandemic when restaurants were struggling. But I will never go to this store again. They are uninterested in thefacts only a united front. But the food is awesome ???? and most employees are awesome. Time to open one of my own with nounited front. Customers at the very least will be heard. (Short version) Owner: You sent me the link to complain but yourcompany retaliates when I do. Everytime I complain your staff retaliates. It seems to be encouraged so what's the use of thelink? You want people to submit complaints so you know who to retaliate against or maybe it's just a formality? That seems to beit's purpose. Mixed messages. Complain but we'll stonewall and retaliate if you do? The same person I complained about is thesame person that lied to put it in the system to ban me from delivery. It doesn't take a genius to figure It out. They useblatant systemic bullying and retaliatory tactics at the store. Read more

Usually in this restaurant 3 times a week. In store had to use app for 20 percent off. Was standing there told them what I... wanted should know me by now. Get my sandwich home had cucumbers on plus no extra mayo. Called the store manager answered when Itold him all he said that the ticket said what I wanted even though I was standing there. Went back to store I?m disabled usinga walker went back into store. Manager couldn?t believe I didn?t bring whole sandwich well his stupidity is I tried it throw itaway. First sandwich cucumbers. Told him I don?t like cucumbers also mentioned what if I was allergic. His attitude needs someschooling. He also had an other employee that doesn?t know how to smile or talk. By far, this is my favorite Jimmy John?s location! I drive past at least 4 of them to get here. Why? Because the preparation and... flavor is 100% consistent every time! It?s always tastes good and the evening crew has excellent customer service. The onlydrawback is the mobile app doesn?t have a function to tip! No one carries cash anymore so adding a tip function on the mobileapp would go a long way for customers to show their appreciation with a couple easy clicks. Keep up the great work! Read more

I have ordered delivery from this Jimmy John?s multiple times and they have never disappointed. Their delivery has always been... super fast, like the commercials show fast, and their drivers always call me to let me know it was left at the door asrequested. The sandwiches have always also arrived in great shape and delicious. Read more

I ordered online I work in a dental office and we literally order from here everyday for ourselves for parties anything this... jimmy johns locations is out go to lunch spot. Unfortunately after today that will change because there customer services isgetting terrible. I ordered online like I always do and called to have them add banana peppers. And the gentleman said theycan?t add them because they are a ?secret menu item? whatever that means. So nonetheless I said ok go ahead an cancel my order Iguess they rather loose the business then throw some peppers on a sandwich. So he assured me they would do it for me this onetime. So my order is scheduled for 2:00 there usually punctual, so it?s 2:15 I call and I am told my order was cancelled noemail no call no text nothing so I?m waisting my lunch hour expecting a delivery that?s not coming. So I start giving acomplaint and the guy just hangs up the phone for someone else to take the call. No excuse me mam give me one second to place mymanager on the phone just hangs up and another clueless person answers and I gotta start the story over again. This Jimmy John's is kept in especially good condition and all the managers that run it are really cool including the owner,... Travis. The food and the store are kept clean, Juan, Chris, Mike and the rest of the staff do what's best for the otheremployees and customers. Don't forget to ask about the secret banana peppers topping. And the kickin ranch is very good. Freshbread is baked daily, if your lucky or coordinate with the staff, you could get your sub made on freshly baked bread. Read more

Subway has the protein bowls, but Jimmy John?s has the superior Unwich, and the Unwiches are delicious! Any of their sandwiches... allow for conversion to an Unwich for those of us pursuing low carb options. JJ is conveniently located off of Roswell Road,limited parking and average amount of seating, but very easy to order takeout and pickup at the shelves close to the front ofthe restaurant. For a delivery fee and tip, your order can be delivered through DoorDash from the JJ Website or the DD website.More options (I.e. the option to order an Unwich) if using the JJ site. Read more
