OUCH! $10 for a "Philly Cheesesteak?" Might as well have been a tuna on crackers - almost NO MEAT, heavy on the mayo, though.... Not an onion to be found - no green peppers- total sloppy mess and TOTAL waste of money. Yep, $10 for that mess. I won't beback. Read more
Walked in and there were no customers. Great, at least I thought. Three workers were there. Got all the way to the registers and... stood there for at least 15 seconds. NOT a single employee acknowledged me. Didn?t even make eye contact, no greeting, nothingat all. How disappointing. There are several other food places in this plaza. Absolute awful experience with the cashier here. She refused to take a valid T-Mobile Tuesday deal because I pressed the... redemption button as I walked up rather than showing it to her. And as the 5 MINUTE timer runs down (mind you I showed it to heras it went down from 4:54) and she stated she could not accept it per ?Firehouse procedure?. Nowhere on the deal did it stateyou have to press to redeem in front of the cashier?s eyes. It stated to do so when you?re first in line, which I was, and toshow the cashier BEFORE the time runs down. So now, I had to PAY for my entire meal AND I no longer can use my deal. Been sitting here watching them do absolutely nothing as I wait for someone to make my food. Been sitting here for 15 minutes... with only one other customer in the place. They are all just standing around looking lost. This location has gotten worse andworse over the last year or so. Read more
I still gave them a great tip! But I sat there we're heading to order they were busy I have to give them that that this is at... the Sandy Spring store on Glenridge! But I was staying there clearly like just looking at the venue in and looking at down themand look at them and look at down them I thought Bella to take my water but I have to say well I was kind of steering in betweenlike pick up and but no one talk to me no one ask me any questions that's the issue! I'm not going to ramble anymore but theydid have really good service they just were I guess busy as all get-out! Thanks for letting me share my experience I think theycan do better than that!
